Delighted and very impressed
Neighbours had a good experience with Mr Sander and recommended them to us. George discussed options, budget and logistics eg moving furniture and fitting wooden boards where an old Victorian fireplace had unsightly concrete instead of wood. Where do I begin - 11/10!
Where do I begin? From start to finish Arben was exceptional. Our particular job start off small but ended up becoming quite complex. No issue was too small for Arben who was excellent at identifying solutions and then making them happen. I couldn't recommend him or the team more highly.
If you've not decided to give these guys a call - dont hesitate like I did - just call them. No pressure, good prices and fantastic people to boot.

Incredible workmanship!
Ivan did an incredible job on our floors. They were in a terrible state, with peeling floorboards and uneven levels.
His team removed the old floors and used sister joists to level and strengthen the structure. They then added acoustic padding and insulation, topped with engineered herringbone. The result is an excellent quality, beautiful floor that will last for generations.
It was a tricky project, with lots of small problems. Ivan and the team gave us honest, constructive advice. They explained the issues and solutions clearly. And they put in the work to tackle even the tiniest detail with precision and care.
We are really happy with the end result and are sharing the contact with all our friends.

Sanding engineered wood flooring
Ismael and Vitor from Mr Sander were absolutely fantastic in all aspects. First of all Vitor attended in person to have a look at the job. This was great as I was able to ask him lots of questions and he then provided a no obligation quote. This was very reasonable compared to other quotes and I decided to go with them. Both Ismael and Vitor arrived on the day, on time and got to grips with the job in hand ( 33metres sq of engineered wooden flooring open plan living area and hallway). They were very polite, professional and very competent. I went out during the day and they kept me updated with progress fotos and timescales. When I arrived home I could not believe the transformation. The floor looked amazing. Better than when they were new. I am delighted with the finished outcome. I would absolutely recommend Ismael and Vitor.

Lovely people to deal with and top quality work to details
I’m extremely happy with the sanding work done by Oli and his team brought by Mr sander They managed to remove some terrible marks that were making my floor look horrible, and the difference is unbelievable. The finish is now smooth, clean, and looks like new. Oli and his team were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail throughout the job. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality sanding work.

Not happy
We employed Mr Sander to come and fix our damaged floor. The operative who came did a dreadful job. When I companied to Mr Sander asking then to review the pictures I sent them they just forwarded everything on to the operative which is exactly what I asked them not to do. After a number of strong and difficult phone calls they did send another person to fix the problems, but it took 3 months. The person they sent was not a Mr Sander employee. They claim to have 31 years experience but as the first operative told me I think they are a franchise operation (they call them trusted partners).
