The worst quality tubers I've ever (10 years) received for a rather high price.
I used to order from germany in the past, half the price and way better quality.
Very small tubers, most in bits and pieces. Café au lait tubers with big cut-offs from the tubers, very obviously big and many rotten parts. After short soaking in water right before planting the rot showed again already.
The rest of my order of 26 most in bits and pieces, most without the usual part of old stem.
Definitely already very disappointing.
What the flowers might look like, I'll have to wait and see.

At the same time, I want to share a bit about how we work. We strive to make use of all viable plant material and avoid unnecessary waste of living plants. Dahlias can be quite tricky, and tubers do not always look perfect. We always make a careful assessment, and if we believe a tuber will grow into a healthy, vigorous plant, we consider it acceptable to send. That said, what you describe still sounds below our standard.
Of course, you are fully covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you are not happy, you will always receive a replacement or a full refund. No questions asked. Lovely seeds
Lovely seeds, packaged very well and came quickly. Small criticism that some of the seeds didnt have sowing instructions in English which is annoying as will have to look them up. Other than that a nice company.

When we started Florea, we only sold seeds in Sweden, and we have only very recently begun selling to other countries. That is why we are continuously updating all our seed packets as we restock new varieties. By next year, all seed packets will also include instructions in English.

Each packet contained only around five seeds, which is far below what any reasonable customer would expect—especially at this price point. There was no clear indication at the time of purchase that the quantity would be so limited, which makes the whole experience feel misleading.
For the amount paid, I expected a fair quantity and value for money. Instead, what I received does not justify the cost in any way. It’s difficult to see how this pricing can be considered reasonable.
I would strongly advise other customers to check quantities very carefully before purchasing. As it stands, I would not buy from this company again.

Delphinium is a perennial, and the seeds are significantly more expensive to produce than many other varieties, which means the quantity per packet is lower. That said, there should be 8 seeds in each packet, so if you received fewer than that, something has unfortunately gone wrong in our filling process.
We completely understand how this affects your experience, and we take your feedback regarding clarity and perceived value to heart. It’s important to us to be as transparent as possible.
