Have used this site several times and to date no problems

Just booked with Rob from Floridacarhire.com he was very efficient and knowledgable. He answered all my questions in full with no hesitation, couldn't of asked for a better service. We have used this site before and had excellent service both times. You can clearly see what is included and this is clearly down on the main page.

I phoned as I like to get a feel for the company that I am dealing with.
The person that I spoke to was very helpful & I felt happy to be dealing with a UK company that appears to offer a good price & helpful advice.
My review cannot be considered complete until I have hired & returned the car.

Having rented cars in the USA for the past 25 years, I am well versed in all the various tactics used by companies around insurance and tax to boost the costs. The price I paid for my class of car with Florida car hire was the cheapest by between 5% and 50% and the inclusive insurance/tax package as comprehensive as any I found. Believe me I researched my booking very carefully and visited many several sites before booking.

Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable and managed to work out a solution to our needs which gave us considerable savings on our car hire booking. We were very impressed and will not hesitate in not only using FloridaCarHire.com again in the future but also recommending them to all our friends and colleagues who also travel to Florida. We wish we had found them sooner.

I was a little skeptical the first time I booked via FloridaCarHire.com, but soon all my misgivings were cleared away with awsome service. My e-mails were replied with near "chat-like" speed, and received my reservation vouchers within 2 days of online booking. Simply an awsome service... they more than exceeded my expectations!

The customer service representative was extremely helpful and explained everything fully. He was very reassuring and helpful on issues we had experienced previously with a different car hire company. It is a shame a lot of other companies do not offer the same customer service these days.

I've used many different rental car companies in the past and I've also carried out a comparison of the most prominent companies on their own sites. FloridaCarHire.com has offered me the best deal and with the rental company that I usually use. Well done!

Wouldn't book with anyone else

Was getting tired of wading through all the various websites for other car hire companies and getting mystified with the variation in prices and service ; when I called FHC.

Got a really quick, simple explanation of the situation re: insurance, got a better deal then anywhere else and got the confirmation within minutes ! Seeing the reviews and high rating on the TrustPilot site was the final reassurance that I needed. Great service so far. The rest is (really) in the hands of the hire car company.

I trawled through all the websites looking for hire car rates and found a bewildering range of prices, options, extra-options, quotes that magically increased when you neared the booking stage. A nightmare.

Called FlordaCarHire.com on a whim and found the whole process to be really easy, really helpful advice as to what you do / do not need (a hire company, actually *saving* me money ? Unheard of !) and what options are available.

The fact that they have such a great score on TrustPilot was the final confirmation I needed. The rest is really in the hands of the car hire provider - but these guys have been excellent so far. Highly recommended.

Booking process very straight foward and easy when you are a previous client.

This is probably about the 20th time I have reserved with Florida Car Hire - never had a problem. Always helpful and reliable

I was about to book with Sixth, with full insuranc,e when I tried Florida Car Hire, and I saved over £100 pounds. The only snag was that I had to pay in advance, which I did not realise at the time of booking, but it was worth it for the saving.

Quoted rates invariably better than going direct to hire companies and by taking the Gold Option all the mystery re correct insurance terms etc. removed. The full fuel tank is an extra bonus.

We have not travelled yet so I am unable to comment an car. But service so far very helpful.
