I initially emailed Floridacarhire.com with a query about our booking. A short time later, an extremely friendly member of staff called Robb phoned me and explained everything I needed to know. He even offered to change the balance due date from three days before payday to three days after - which I happily took him up on! :-)

Fantastic very helpful

I wasn't sure whether or not to book with florid a car hire as saw their advert in national paper and on website. Didn't know anyone that had used them. The price quoted was very good and lowest I had found. Very much liked being able to hold price quoted for 7 days. I telephoned and was immediately put at ease with the company's genuineness and professionalism. The staff member was very friendly and we talked about my options for the booking and chatted generally. During this call I became confident about the company I was paying money too.
I will recommend this company to friends and I will use them again in the future. I feel fortunate to have seen their original advertisement. Highly recommend this company.

I really can't believe how much money I've saved and how easy it was. How many companies who have a 0845 telephone number keep you 'holding' while one of the operatives becomes available - loads. Well not FloridaCarHire.com as soon at the phone was answered YES it was a automatated voice but it asked for a short message, name and telephone number so that someone could call back. Sure enough around 30 minutes later I was called back and the gentlemen who helped me with my booking was fantastic. He was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I've saved £500 by booking with FloridaCarHire.com and will most certainly use them again - and tell all my friends to. Fantastic - Thank you.

We have used Florida Car Hire before and have always found their prices amazingly cheap by comparison to other car rental companies. We did the usual search again for quotes for this year's holiday in Florida and I had a difficulty with the website and rang the company. I was greeted by a very personable assistant who completed the booking on my behalf, which was a great help. I would certainly recommend Florida Car Hire to anyone looking to rent a car in Florida.

This is the third time we have booked via Florida Car Hire, as always the booking on line is very easy to follow and competitive rates. The Alamo desk as the airport was quick and we where give an upgrade at no extra cost and a brand new car with only 8 miles on the clock

The website is easy to navigate & they are the cheapest i could find with the appropriate insurances. There is a choice of 2 options. Only down side is the cost of the Sat Nav hire.
