Spoke to Penny who was incredibly helpful and she helped me purchase everything required. She even extended our payment terms to help with the last minute booking of our holiday. Couldn't ask for a nicer service - thank you.

Bought the tickets early hoping it would be the cheapest.

A week later the tickets were cheaper.

Contacted them and spoke to a very rude lady who didn’t care and didn’t want to discuss it.

Great service as always used a few times over the years. Paid for the £50 cancellation insurance and as we couldn’t attend the Clearwater trip we used this and the money was refunded back into my bank account within a few days.

I was very apprehensive and confused with the whole passes and ticket situation for my families holiday to Florida but having spoken with Sarah she fully explained all the options and even gave great advice as to what she had personally experienced. This was so helpful and made the whole process much easier. Sarah even made some changes we needed prior to the start of our holiday and just showed how flexible and committed to us she was. Without doubt I would recommend using Sarah and FloridaTix for any of your holiday needs.

Customer service has been outstanding! Now, normally I am an incredibly diligent person, but I made a mistake when booking my tickets way back when and I only realised today, when I received my e-tickets and tried to link them to Disney. I emailed straight away and Penny was there responding in a flash. My heart was in my throat as it is a LOT of money! But she was great with her quick responses to my questions and ideas to help resolve the situation. I'm hopeful it has now all been sorted and in a few days, I will be able to relax!

Amazing service with Floridatix
I stupidly made a spelling error when purchasing my tickets a quick phone call with penny soon rectified my error and tickets were sent instantly to the correct email. Thank you penny for all your help and peace of mind.

I had tried to purchase multiple times on the FloridaTix website but the card payment system was not working. Sarah from customer experience reached out to me and with the help of the IT team managed to resolve the payment portal issues. My review would be 1* if not for Sarah quickly resolving the issue and checking in afterwards to ensure I had managed to link the tickets to my Disney account. Problems happen - how a company deals with that problem to ensure a customer is happy tells me all I need to know. Highly recommend.

Buying tickets was easy and I particularly like the option to pay a deposit and the balance later. Great as there are lots of other costs when planning a trip to Disney.

Penny found me the best price for both my initial full ticket order and then again for my discovery cove tickets which I added on. She was very helpful at advising the best ticket options which gave the best value for money at the best prices. Will definitely use again.

Really easy process - the email for tickets came through a lot quicker (same hour). Was a bit concerned as when I received the email confirmation of order after payment, this said I would receive our tickets within 72 hours. We needed them in 24 hours. Tickets came within 15 minutes of online submission. Also customer services came back to me within 20 minutes even though it was after hours.

QR code on tickets for Universal worked perfectly with Universal app.
