Delivered on time but the bouquet looked cheap and dreadful, nothing as advertised. I felt ashamed for sending it. You can get cheaper and better looking flowers in the petrol station.
I complained and have been told that the terms allow for change to the composition of the bouquet depending on the style of the florist and the availability of flowers. So why bother with pics?
