I always been happy about your service…

I always been happy about your service before but this time all wrong. I order in advance flower for a surprise birthday. The order arrive one day late. It was not what I order and the flower was not fresh. Roses shocked and the White flower was Little Brown. And also the person who communicante with me on whatsapp asked me if i wanted to be her sugar daddy !!! Really !!! Im mad

Overpriced and not same day

They don’t really advertise the cut off online. When I ordered, the option to deliver at night was still there. I also paid for express delivery to make sure it happens.

They messaged eventually that delivery wasn’t possible same day so it would be delivered the next day. I expected that to be in the morning but they still delivered it late in the afternoon. Worst part was that the flowers were definitely not worth the 2000 php that we paid for. Would not order again.

The website is a lie and they…

The website is a lie and they consistently try to get customers to buy lesser value products/flowers for the same price when they don't have the products you buy online. The website deliberately shows availability based on your location. Yet, customer service will later often contact you saying only certain low quality flowers are available and they don't offer additional reimbursement or other options. They want you to pay the same amount for lesser quality products. Essentially a scam. Don't trust anything the website is selling! I've given them multiple opportunities to fulfill the orders properly as advertised on their website accordingly to the location I want a delivery. They never can complete any orders on time or as it is advertised on the website.

It seems they are in the business of posting beautiful photos of flower arrangements and then last minute try to trick customers into just buying low end carnations at the price of premium flowers. Budol flower shop online, in short.

DISAPPOINTING

Terrible. I ordered "You Derserve the best" pink roses with a teddy bear and chocolate cake. not only were you 3 days late but the roses were wrong and dying, and the chocolate cake wasnt chocolate and only bought it from Goldilocks. i wasted 5000php for this

The flowers arrived very late which does not make sense as there was an option of time to choose from. The flowers was way different than the ones that came and received. It was very disappointing. :(

Worthless and very cheap products. Dont trust in this website

Very disappointed😟never trust in this company ever again they delivered very cheap products worth 200plus usdollars my son recieved very cheap.its a surprise presents for his 21st birthday im so xcited what will be his reaction when or if he will recieve those presents but i fail him he called me when he recieved it instead of surprise he shock with what he recieved he told me mama you better give me money than this very cheap the rose is almost dying the leafs falling easily the cake too expensive worth almost 3thousand pesos they delivered the most cheaper brand jelixie and those 3 teddy bears i ordered small med and large they gave 2 very small like petit bears and a medium size. Now you’re asking a rate here is your rate ZERO CHANCE AND NEVER TRUST IN THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE SCAMMER!!!! anyway im still thankful that we recieved worthless stuff than nothing at all.

The delivery was good

The delivery was good, but it was a day late. When I got in contact with them, they said that the phone number I had given them they couldn’t get through on. It would’ve helped if they had told me that, before I contacted them.
