Very dissappointed

I was a regular customer. I ordered a surprise gift for my loved ones 5 days prior. I accidentally ordered 2x so I reached out to them the following day and told them about the mistake and ask them to confirmed the ordered item was made. No issue was stated upon reaching out to them. So I thought everything was sorted out. Day of supposedly delivery. I reached out again in the morning and asked them if they know what time is the delivery. And here they are saying that it was automatically red flagged by their system and they don't have control over it? On the day of delivery track status saying payment received 5 days ago. Very frustrating and dissapointing

I ordered my gf’s fave

I ordered my gf’s fave - yellow roses - but unfortunately they were not available in my gf’s location. Florists were good enough to explain this to me, AND place a note in with the flowers apologising - all so my gf knew the intention was for them to be yellow.

My experience with your service has always been great.

My experience with your service has always been great. I’m not a new customer; I’ve been ordering from you for years, and everything about the service has consistently been amazing.

However, I do have one issue. None of the coupon codes I receive by email — including the 10% off codes and others — ever seem to work. I’ve already raised this concern on WhatsApp, but I was told nothing was wrong. Unfortunately, this has happened to me three times on three separate orders.

I hope this can be looked into, as I really enjoy your service otherwise.

A longtime customer. One of the best florists around

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly! Checkout was smooth, when recipients number was in correct they contacted me very quickly and it was resolved. Order came in later than expected but it didn’t matter to me as long as she received the gifts!

Delayed delivery and communication

Delayed delivery and communication. The flowers are far from the photos. I ordered premium big roses and the flowers I got were smaller than the local roses. Do not order from this store.

The best there is

International and Time of delivery

Wilted Flowers and Unauthorized Conversion to USD

Ordered online and chose currency in Php. Charge was in USD without authority. I was also surprise to see from the recipient's FB post which she took immediately upon delivery that the roses were already wilted. I paid good money in USD for wilted roses!

I ordered at around 9am
I received the flowers late at night.
The flowers were great.
But your delivery time is poor.
Your customer service is via email and not messaging.
The delivery needs to be faster and we need a tracking number. As how all deliveries now happen. It is too old school to allow customers to wait more than 8hours for flowers

I will never order on this website ever…

I will never order on this website ever again. Disgusting and very frustrating service from a customer whose been waiting all day for the flowers and.cake I ordered but didn’t had the original flowers I ordered. Scheduled delivery was supposed to he at 9-3pm. Arrived at 8pm! Just so disgusting! Ugly arrangements and no dedication on the cake! Waste of time, waste of money! Never again! I demand for my money back!
