If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered through Rakatun so I thought it was valid. All day was waiting for flowers to be delivered to a friend, and nothing. Tried to reach out to customer service via messanger, took the email and the order number and have been watching 3 little dots for the past 30 minutes. Reporting to Rakatun.

A scam

A scam - avoid and somehow got on american airlanes advantage eshopping page! Demand a refund and let them know your are recording. Be adamant its scammers. Contact your cc company also.

Buyer Beware!

I would not ever recommend this company to anyway to order flowers. I ordered on 7/18 for a 7/19 delivery. They have a place to check order status and I check many times on 7/19 and it stayed in status ‘Order Received’. I called around 3p.m. EST into their support and they said they could not reach the floral shop but said it would be delivered by 8p.m. The flowers were never delivered. I called on 7/20 since they had not been delivered and requested a full refund, which I did receive. This company cannot be counted on to deliver flowers.

Took money, never delivered anything

Bought flowers though the American Airlines shopping portal. Never received them. Links to their customer service bot time out. Links to email customer service error out. It’s not clear they are even still in business, but unsurprisingly they did take my money.

Make sure to dispute charges with the credit card company. When merchants get enough disputes this affects their ability to accept payments.

If I could give them a negative star

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I ordered flowers for my friend's 60th birthday THREE days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. No phone call, nothing. I finally called them the day after the birthday and they said it was an issue on "their end." NEVER will I use them again. Completely unacceptable.

They missed the delivery date

They missed the delivery date. A day later they emailed me to say they didnt deliver. Gave me another date 3 days later. Blamed it on Fedex. That date also came and went. I asked for a refund.

This review would be 0 stars; however, that's not an option. Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I placed this order 8 hours ago and the status is still showing Order received. I spoke to Avalon and requested that the order be canceled since it had not been delivered. I expected the order to be processed and delivered this morning and NOTHING has happened and they are refusing to refund my money. I was told the order cannot be canceled since it was with the florist. I told her to call the florist and cancel the order and she stated she could not do call them to cancel the order. These people are stealing my money! The flowers had not been delivered as of 2 pm CST and it's now 5:32 pm and the order isn't in transit to be delivered yet, they have not canceled the order. Also, I was told by Avalon that a supervisor would give me a call in 2 hours to discuss the matter. I should have received a call by 4:19 pm CST and I have not received a call yet! I just tried to call and no one is taking calls; it redirects you to their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Big scam, don't do business with them.

I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers for our daughter's birthday to be delivered on the 15th of April, the day came and no delivery, called customer service, they were apologetic and we re-scheduled a delivery for the 21st and again, no delivery, again we called, again they were apologetic and once more we re-scheduled the delivery for the 23rd. Again no delivery, this time we wrote customer service canceling the order and asking for a refund, they sent a stock apology and again offered to do a new delivery. Again we wrote canceling the order asking for a refund and we received the same stock email apologizing and offering a new delivery date. We decided to contest the charge with our credit card, hopefully they can take care of the problem. This company is a scam, don't do business with them.

Florists.com is a complete scam

Florists.com is a complete scam. Ordered flowers for my elderly mother-in-law's birthday. Delivery date came and went - no flowers.
They don't have a customer service phone number to resolve issues real-time, so spent a week emailing them over and over again. No response, no refund, no flowers. Just flush your $80 down the drain it's a more satisfying experience than ordering from these scammers. Can't wait until this place goes out of business. Now my mother-in-law thinks I lied about sending flowers. It may be her last birthday and this company has completely ruined it and our relationship.

total scam do not use

total scam do not use. Not only did the flowers not get delivered, but the customer service number on their site took me to a different florist delivery who were very confused and trying to figure out what happened to my order - which of course, we found out was never through them to begin with!! Amazing they can get away with this.

If I could get them less than 1 star, I would.

I ordered flowers recently for a friend who broke her foot and for her mother who had surgery for her stage four cancer.

They never delivered them. When I emailed for an update, they kept pushing me off and saying they would be delivered the next day.

They never were. This company is the absolute worst.

Worst ever

If I could rate this company, florists.com, which is the also 1-800-flowers.com, a zero I would. This company is terrible. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday to a hospital patient. On Saturday, when the patient was discharged, I found out that the flowers were never delivered. Nobody from the florist.com sent me an update. I called the help desk and after a while on the phone, was told that the delivery van was involved in an accident, so didn't deliver the flowers. That the flowers would be delivered to the recipients home on Monday. When the flowers didn't show up on Monday, I called the help desk on Tuesday. Once again, I was left waiting several times, then they came back and said that they couldn't reach the florist so I needed to give them at least another 24 hours. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order since it was already 4 days late. They wouldn't cancel the order and kept insisting that I needed to wait at least another 24 hours. After a while, I ended the call and reached out to American Express to dispute and cancell the charge, which was put through 4 days earlier. The AmEx agent told me that they get dispute with these florist companies all the time. In the future, I will only deal with a local florist directly. These .com floral companies are horrible and unreliable.

I recently left a review because I was completely dissatisfied with the service that I got I am revising another review for the customer service at florist.com not the florist itself because not only did florist.com refund my money but they also gave me an extra credit to use again and they sent a brand new bouquet and replace of the one that they messed up so I have to give the customer service at florist.com a good review and I'm satisfied with that process I will probably use floors.com again simply because of the customer service that I received.

I ordered through this company because…Rakuten was offering a discount.

I ordered through this company because Rakuten offered a discount. Bad move!! The delivery date came and went with no flowers delivered. I called the 800 number and got 1-800-flowers! They had no record of my order. I called another number. This time the recording said (and this was 4 days before Valentine's Day!), we are not taking any orders over the phone. Ok. So I do not think three is a business called florists.com. DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM.

Horrendous

Horrendous. I ordered flowers on Nov 24 for my sisters 50th birthday on Nov 25. Flowers never arrive. I call the evening of 24th, They tell me the florist could not fulfill so they were sending it somewhere else and it would definitely be delivered on Thanksgiving. No flowers received on Thanksgiving. I called, and I’m told that they are not delivering on Thanksgiving even though the wrap the day before told me that they were.Had to cancel the order and get a refund.

Fast, no confirmation email, flowers not as pictured

Pros: Same day delivery
Cons: I was sent no confirmation email (I shop online a lot and i've actually NEVER had a company not send a confirmation email after taking payment). I had to call to see what the status was and she asked for a confirmation #. Just really wasted time for them to not send one? It's so odd. The recipient sent a picture of the sympathy flowers and they are definitely dull and not $63 worth of a bouquet. Would not recommend this company.
