I am truly baffled by this company

I am truly baffled by this company. I found them with AAdvantage shopping. I had flowers that were meant to be delivered yesterday and they never arrived. I had the confirmation page up all day tracking and the delivery window came and went. Contacted them today and they gave me a new confirmation number and said they will be delivered today, but after reading these reviews it feels highly unlikely. Are they just not delivering anyones orders? Seriously what a let-down. PLEASE don't gamble and go with another company. I have such little hope after even talking with them, I feel like its money just tossed down the drain :( And what was supposed to be a fun flower delivery yesterday is ruined!

Delivery never arrived

Delivery never arrived. Really horrible company, will never order from them again. The flowers were never delivered and the best they could do was offer to deliver it another time. Thats not an offer, thats business, it better be delivered and if not delivered on time then there should be a partial refund. Disgusting customer services.

Yeah, they're crap

Like everyone else on here, I ordered flowers to be delivered. I ordered them weeks in advance and they did not arrive. After reading the reviews on here, I am not hopeful they will and if they do, they'll be horrible. But I just thought I was ordering from a local florist and not from some scammy website. I wish you could get websites like this taken down.

I would give it zero if I could

I would give it zero if I could. Paid extra for next day delivery for my 75 year old mother in laws birthday. The next day I got a delivery message, but they werent there. I called they said it was a mistake and wait until the next day. The next day the florist did not respond so they called a 2nd florist and they never delivered either. I got a refund but the disappointment and lack of gift for her birthday was overall a bad experience.

Worst Experience!

Wow, wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order.
I ordered a basket of flowers for a grieving family and it was supposed to be delivered on 10/12. The following day I called to see if the family received anything. Nope, nothing. I called and the rep said the florist could not deliver, it would have to wait until Monday, 10/14. Just unbelievable! Then, to add salt to the injury, the flower basket was much smaller than it appeared online. A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!
There are many online florists. Go to any one of them instead. Stay away from this place at all costs. It’s not worth the aggravation. Such a shame. ☹️
Of course the company didn’t offer a discount at all, just offered to call the family and explain that they messed up. Are you kidding me? They’re grieving, they don’t want to play on the phone with you. Just tacky.

They could not fulfil my order
ordered from the uk thinking great it’s a local shop and can deliver flowers for a bereavement a week past yesterday.
The Order was cancelled the following day saying they could no fulfil te order and I would receive an email soon regarding my refund.
Still waiting and pretty hard contacting them with being in Scotland.
Spoke with someone Saturday said yes you are due a refund and it’s been authorised!! Ehhh hello you cancelled my £60 order and iv still no money back a week later.
Dreadful service and I’ll make sure locally that this is what happens !!!
I live in hope of my money being paid back into my account.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company is AWFUL!!!!! I have been trying to get my planter delivered to my friend for the past 2 days. They promised me it would be delivered today by 5pm after it did NOT get delivered yesterday. I'm so upset!!!!

AVOID! Use 1 800 flowers instead

AVOID!! DO NOT GET FLOWERS HERE! I purchased flowers for my daughter through this company, they lied and said they “attempted” to deliver. However, no attempt was ever made! We reviewed the ring camera footage and nobody ever showed up. I contacted the company. They said they don’t even deliver flowers to the address that I provided, even though they confirmed it and a so called “attempt” was made. Bottom line, they lied and the flowers that I purchased never came. This company is horrible and does not hold their drivers accountable. use one, 1-800-flowers instead and save your time and money.

I ordered flowers 3 days ahead for a wake. Never showed up!! How embarrassing. I am waiting to see if they give a refund, if not, I will dispute on my credit card. DO NOT use Florist.com!!!!

They never delivered the flowers. They have extremely long wait times for customer service whether you're calling for customer service or even to place an order. I should've read the reviews prior to placing an order.

AWFUL

AWFUL. Save yourself the money and do not order from here. I wish I saw reviews before ordering. It was my best friend’s birthday and decided to order her flowers. Not to mention I ordered them a month ago to be delivered and NOTHING. When I was in contact with customer service, they informed me my item was out for delivery and nope, she never received them. Pissed is an understatement.

I'm not one to post complaints about…

I'm not one to post complaints about anyone but this one really pi$$ me off. I placed a order of flowers , balloons and teddy bear this weekend to be delivered the same day for my daughters 13th birthday. I checked with her later on that day but nothing delivered. Since delivery was to a business 6pm came and I let it go. Monday came and no call to apologize and attempt to deliver. Again no delivery. Spoke with customer service Wednesday and they said they would deliver that afternoon. No delivery, no call. Never again. Now lets see how difficult it's gonna be to get a refund tomorrow.

Great experience!

There are tons of bad reviews but I ordered all the way from Mexico, the flowers made it on time for my grandmother’s funeral service, very pretty! I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend!

Placed order on florist.com

Placed order on florist.com. Several days later I received a call from 1 800 flowers (per caller id) saying they couldn't fill my order as the florist was on vacation. (so apparently in a town of 300k they have one florist they contract with) They continue to sell flowers for delivery for the same day so the next person will order thinking they their loved one will be getting flowers only to be cancelled. I think I will just order from a local florist or go back to my go to and skip the internet florists (Costco has been my go to in the past, just was trying something different)

Stay Away

Sent flowers to my niece who was having major surgery and staying overnight in the hospital. Flowers never arrived. Took forever to get someone on the phone. Finally they told me the florist's driver had "some issues" and it would take 10 business days to refund me. Unacceptable. This is my first and LAST time using this horrible company. I wish I'd checked reviews first.

Giving 1 star because zero is not an option

I ordered flowers in advance to be delivered to my wife at work for our anniversary. While they took my money, the flowers never arrived. I contacted their chat 30 minutes before the delivery deadline and the agent told me they call the florist and the flowers were on the way...they never arrived. The agent left me on the chat for 45 minutes and never returned when I pressed about the delivery time. Absolute horrible experience. I can't believe that American Airlines has them as one of their shopping partners!

I want to say that my order got delivered and on time so I am very satisfied, they called me to let me know that it got delivered,I am 100% satisfied.

Wow I am really worried now since I read the reviews,I just ordered flowers for a very special occasion and I haven't received confirmation of any kind to let me know anything. I am going to be so mad,I am so tired of people scamming people,I am 74yrs old and this is so wrong.I will be giving another review if my order doesn't get delivered.
