Lovely items, fast welling packaged delivery. ordered two items both lovely, but one wrong as want a dashshund and got a different dog. Called and spoke to a lovely lady, it was rectified over the phone straight away dashshund posted out that day, arrived day after. Link to return the wrong one emailed to me - Royal mail collection so easy.
Sometimes there is a error but its how its corrected and I give this company 100% for there service.
Will be using over and over.
