I've been using Flotheme for my website for years! Everything is great : the themes, the regular updates, the customer service..
I recommend for all photographers and creative people who are looking for a beautiful and functional site :)

Bought a theme back in 2019 and can’t recommend Flothemes enough!!
There’s always new features and updates added to the products, and their customer support is litterally the BEST I’ve ever seen (super prompt reply, fixing issues right away).
I would 200% recommend Flothemes to anyone!

Flothemes is awesome. The design/overall aesthetic is contemporary and beautiful, the platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and the support excellent. I've been a user for years and was completely new to the world of websites when I started. (It was a steep learning curve that's for sure!) But I'm rapt I chose Flothemes and am happy to recommend to others.

The optimal state is that you don't need customer support at all. But if you need it, it's good to know that you get fast and reliable support. And that's what they do. Thumbs up!

The team at Flothemes have always been incredibly prompt in their response to my support tickets! They are clear in their instructions and there hasn't been a problem I've encountered that they haven't been able to resolve. Thank you to Egor, Victor, and John who are the trio that often help me!

CS is prompt and follow up through every step - they are amazing. The new pronto theme is easy to set up and looks incredible.

I have nothing be great things to say about the customer support at FloThemes. I've contact them close to 20 times with customizations I want to make to my site and they've been great each time!

They replied very fast and solved my issue instantly. Not only that, they even noticed another issue along the way I didn't even realised I had yet and solved that one too. Wow!

Great themes, easy to use and very customizable, and the support is great. At first it seemed like a slow start when I started doing my website, but they have excellent written and video step by step guides, so it ended up being an easy peasy - so much so that I ended up ditching the guide very soon, and just did everything without it because it's all pretty intuitive. I only used the guide on occasions.

The support answers and solves problems quickly (if it's not something that can be solved via an ordinary intervention, then they make the change with the next update). Other than having a guide, a lot of answers and help can be found in their Facebook group.

For those a bit "lazy" or uncreative, you don't actually have to make any changes to your theme, you can just use it as it is, just add your photos and text. I started mine from scratch because I wanted to make a lot of changes, so I used some of the block from the theme, some other pre-made blocks, and some that I made on my own, or made some changes to the original blocks.

The only thing I must admit I don't like is that they're moving to subscription based themes only, meaning that in a few years, I might have to switch to those (or maybe I won't), as opposed to one-time buys.

Oh, and the support is free for the first year after buying your theme (at least for the one-time buys, not sure about the subscription ones).

All in all, this was definitely the best decision for my website, and I'm sure you won't regret it either :D And from what I've seen so far, they listen to their customers, and add new options and features according to what people ask for. 10/10

So far, with my tickets submissions, I had very quick feedbacks and explanations on how to solve the issue. Even if on 3 times, they needed dev team to intervene, they fixed the issue waiting on the new upgrade of the plugins...

I believe this is my 7th or 8 website built with Flothemes since 2016. I have always been impressed with their level of service, also so quick to respond and with such kindness and clarity. I recently installed a new site for a client, and there was a persistent issue in the flex block builder - Victor and Steve were incredibly kind as we worked through and eventually solved the problem. I continue to recommend Flothemes to everyone I know - they are the best! (not to mention the sites are beauuutiful of course!)

I'm very happy with my flothemes template and support. Their designs are beautiful and easy to use. It allows me as a photographer to design just what I like, how I like it and with ease so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure things out. Their tech support team is very responsive and friendly (and they all speak english!!!!) This is not an overseas team that you can't understand. That's a big bonus for me : )
