It seems like a good program but I…

It seems like a good program but I would have liked more time to work through the system. I didn't see anything informing my trial was ending and what my options to move forward were. I just found that I went into my account and I was unable to access any of my contacts.

Hi Catherine, at the time we offered a trial to some people for the first time for a challenge we did, which you participated in.
Unfortunately you did not put the time to do things up like many others did, which is the point of a challenge, to complete the tasks in a limited time frame.

We do not officially offer trials so normally you would have to pay.

Because we don't offer trials our system isn't built to warn people when a "trial" is ending.

I think putting a bad review when you haven't even paid anything and failed to do the work you were supposed to do on the challenge is really not fair to us.

I wish I found them sooner

I wish I found them sooner. Flowchat is to entrepreneurs; what ZipRecruiter is to Recruiters. I was a recruiter for 5 years before I became self employed. No matter where you are in your business, you need this! Time is money and FlowChat helps with that!

Powerful software.

Very helpful sales/relationship building software. Presentation was an interactive demo which was great. The instruction was very fast paced but support videos are helpful. I'm only now digging into all it can do.

Would have preferred this demo at a better time of the year. December already has a full plate.

Pretty bad UX and UI

Pretty bad UX and UI, not sure what legitimizes their 2-3x price tag above competitors. They've just send an update about their AI-integration, but if your basic set-up is not great, tagging AI on top is not gonna be the magic potion, it's more like bandaid.

**RESPONSE TO CHATFLOW (BELOW)**
Don't really feel inclined, updating you on the UX/UI of your tech. I've stepped in as a trial customer.

You've sent me a request for a Trustpilot-review, hence why I'm writing one.

The thing, is multiple channels are great, but when I checked, your shtick is to be as manual as possible. In effect, it is Pipedrive + extra lead message templates, which isn't a great differentiator. Furthermore, tone of voice is not adapted to the EU-market. It all felt clunky, to be honest.

So true, Flowchat is rare, new, and different, but that does not make it better, and does not legitimize a 2,5x price tag vs competitors.

Maybe, the AI-thing is going to be a game changer, but thus far, my experience with Flowchat wasn't great..

Not sure, why you would refer to me either using mine or my partner's account (I def used my own, that's where you are emailing me on). Even in that case, I can still experience your platform, right?

It's interesting, that there is 0 ownership taken regarding my feedback, and I only feel pointed at, as in me being ineffective using your tech.

Simply admit, UX-wise it's one of the clunkier systems (compared to Overloop, Lemlist and even Waalaxy). Yes, you offer more platforms, but that is only a way of importing.

And to be honest, Phantombuster, also offers a considerable amount of platforms and way more automations than what you do.

UI/UX - Interested to hear more about this one.

We have a feature request portal in canny.io in which you never shared anything about the UI/UX with us. If you had, we would have listened and made changes. Please can you send us an email (admin@flowchat.com) with exactly what you mean when you say "pretty bad"; as nearly ALL of our other clients don't share this viewpoint with you.

AI integration - We sit on the tip of the tidal wave with AI functionality. We empower our members with a different way to use AI to connect with all their social contacts. It's not like anything else currently available in the market. No band-aid needed b/c it's a stand alone product. I'm not sure which email you are referring to, so please could you forward it to admin@flowchat.com.

Lastly, the price-tag...
When something is rare, new, and different it fetches a premium in the market.

We stand alone in how we connect to social - no APIs.
We offer more platforms than anyone in the space. 13.
We have automations on multiple social channels. FB, Li, (coming soon - IG, X, TikTok, and more) - no one else offers multiple channels.

While there is a complete laundry list that goes beyond this, these things alone are worth more than the monthly investment to the right person.

Since you don't even have your own FlowChat account (you used Valerie's), I'd love to learn your use case and how you were using our systems.

Typically we find it's a matter of 1 of 3 issues...

1 - you have the wrong leads and don't know where to find them.
2 - you don't know what to say to them.
3 - the system you have setup is setup incorrectly.

If you'd like to have a 45 min convo, I'm sure we can reset the way you're using FlowChat so you can actually get results.

While your opinion is your own and we respect it, we would enjoy the chance to connect and reverse your opinion on things.

I love Flowchat!

Incredible support, dedication to helping their customers succeed. I have had so much amazing information on how to be successful in my business using Flowchat from Sean and Chris. I feel like I'm in a $50K Masterclass but without the price tag!

Amazing experience from minute one!

I literally just signed up with Flowchat yesterday but I wanted to give a 5-star review right away about the amazing onboarding experience I had. Hannah was my onboarding coach and it was a wonderful experience from the start. Not only did she make it a top shelf experience, she also understood my needs and gave me a solution that was so perfect for my needs that I actually upgraded to the next level of the product right on the spot!

She walked me through a demo of the product as well as some recently released functionality that instantly made my experience using the product more of a time and cost saver. Hannah is very knowledgeable about Flowchat and is a pleasure to talk to!

I also had a chance to interact with Sean, one of the co-founders. This was the same level of service and excitement to have me onboard. They truly love their company and treat every customer as gold. Sean agreed to go the extra mile to help me set my product set to ensure I get the best results right from day one. I'm very impressed with this organization and highly recommend anyone use Flowchat for their business!

I love this software

I love this software! Simple to use, keeps all my messaging organized and the reporting is amazing. There is a strategy and they teach it well along side the software so not to worry if you are new to dm'ing for leads!! They just keep adding new features, it is all I have used for leads since they launched it!
