Unbelievable

The mascara I ordered is the best mascara I have ever purchased I’m not making that up! I’m 56 and my eye lashes are thin. This metal wand delicately places the mascara on each lash. Sooooo impressed. Took a bit of time to come but well worth the wait and I will be ordering again from this great company x

It doesn’t work

It doesn’t work. Simply doesn’t. I had high hopes for this but no I won’t buy this again. It took forever to arrive and although it worked when i brushed it on the back of my hand it definitely did not on what i bought it for… my eyebrows.will not order anything from you again.

The brush app was fine but colour not

The brush app was fine. I ordered two colours a medium and fair. I was send two fairs so not what I ordered and there for extremely disappointed more so because the fair was more like porecalin and did not match my colour.

I received my 2 dresses a couple of…

I received my 2 dresses a couple of days ago. Absolutely disgusting! Quality poor. Everything bad about them. So disgusted didn't even want to waste my time sending back even though lost £30 and certainly would not donate to the charity shop I volunteer in! Not surprisingly no further orders from myself!

Shocking company!

Shocking company!

Advertises items, sends something completely different - automated customer service email response each time.

Products are the same as you will get off Temu even though they state hand made.

Received broken items, reported so they sent same item in the smaller version - reported and nothing……

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Ordered what was supposed to be Laura Gellar make up. Had to chase delivery, when it did arrive it was a very poor quality substitute. Tried to arrange refund but had no respond to emails, raised this through PayPal and they contacted me to say if I closed the complaint they would refund me. I have done this and now saying the refund has been rejected and it will take 10 days for their systems to sync!
Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely dreadful!

Absolutely dreadful!! The items were WAY too small - I ordered the size I use on Temu/Shein/other retailers. Am now engaged in a lengthy battle trying to get a refund and keep gettIng "offers" of different refund amounts. I do not want to keep the garments (horrible quality) and be refunded half. Their website says return and full refund .. but they are refusing so far. DO NOT USE.

False advertising, disgusting

Just recirved 2 mugs and totally gutted.. I purchased these for a funny gift for Christmas thinking there would be noise when you filled them up and on receiving them they are just 2 ordinary mugs and they are not worth the money, how can you advertise these mugs having a sound when you drink from them.. This is totally false advertising and you should be reported to trading standards. I have only read other people reviews and on reading this before I ordered I would not 100% considered ordering from your company. False advertising is not a good thing and should be reported.
