The delivery was as asked .
My friend that I had sent it to was thrilled by it , saying how beautiful it was and she had never seen a thing like it before .
Her visitors were also very taken by it and took the name to use themselves later . I have used you several times and have never been let down in any way .

Customer service is number one!
I received a flower card from this company. I have used them in the past and have always been really impressed so I was a little disappointed on the delivery we received.
The flowers were wilted - I watered as instruction and the following day there was still not sign of life.
I contacted Flowercard and they were straight back in touch with me regarding this to rectify with a solution. Within the day - great customer service.

Flower card was not as beautiful as picture and had started to wither, I have ordered in the past and cards have been beautiful but I was quite disappointed in this one as it was for a very special 100th birthday

Very impressed.
The recipient of the Flower card were very impressed with the delivery. They arrived on time and in lovely condition, no need to find a vase for them!
Web page was a bit fiddly but would definitely use them as my first port of call for flower delivery.
