I purchased a Flower Card for a dear…

I purchased a Flower Card for a dear friend's 1st anniversary of her husbands passing. I noticed that a spelling mistake had been made and immediately telephoned and sent two emails asking for the mistake to be rectified. I did not receive any response to my emails and the spelling mistake was not altered. I am not at all happy with this experience.

The quality of the flowers is very good…

The quality of the flowers is very good and every one of my friends and relatives who have received one from me are delighted with them, especially for those living in apartments or small houses. They can still enjoy receiving flowers.

Horrendous gift

Horrendous gift. The floral display is tiny and within 1 day the roses have wilted. When I visited my mother I was embarrassed at what had been sent. In addition knowing this was a gift for a birthday they put in promotional material which detailed the price of the gift I had sent. If I had known that the floral display would be so inadequate I would have ordered flowers from a florist it would have been cheaper.

Do not buy this gift hugely disappointing and not value for money

I had a surprise delivery from a friend…

I had a surprise delivery from a friend from flowers in a card on the sudden death of my dear Mum. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and also the box that they came in and it really cheered me especially at this very sad time. I will definitely be ordering from this company for birthdays & anniversaries in the future 👍

Delivery took much longer than I was…

Delivery took much longer than I was told which meant days we lost when the recipient could have e been enjoying the flowers.

The card we sent was to cheer a friend up who has not been very well.
She was over the moon with them,They were placed on a low table so she could see them from were ever she was.They said the arrangement was very attractive.

Disappointed

I appreciate you sending me some replacements flowers, but when I opened the box I was disappointed, how small they was, there was more greenery than flowers Ive put them straight in the bin, i will not be using your service anymore, or recommending to any of my friends and family, found them very expensive for very little flowers.

Lack of Customer Service regarding a complaint.

When I have used this Company in the past, I have been pleased with service. However, this time I wasn’t satisfied with some of the flowers that were clearly not going to last very long and I contacted Customer Service. Despite several emails that I sent I have only received an automated response. Does Customer Service not exist? I am appalled by this lack of customer care and I do not recommend using this company.

Not impressed

Not impressed. Ordered a card for my sisters engagement. Never got delivered. They tried to dispute it as royal mail had said it was delivered. I went to all the trouble of getting my family member to contact royal mail as i live in Canada, which had delivered it to the wrong address. Alot of time and trouble, only then did they offer a refund. But also they contacted trust pilot to try and get my review deleted!!!! Shame on flowercard and shame on trustpilot for not allowing real reviews on here. This is a real account of what happened and neither of them wanted it posted. IF AND WHEN I receive my refund I will update my review. The public need to see this , what good is a refund if my sister never got her engagement gift? Complelty spoilt the event.
