On arrival the delivery driver did not wait and left the flowers lying at the front door. On opening the flowers, most of the white daisy petals had fallen off . This was a birthday gift for a relative and I am extremely disappointed that the flowers did not arrive in good condition.

Although flowers4U are great value for money and the blooms are beautiful.
There the customer service stops! If you email with an issue they ignore you!
I paid an extra £8.00 for a Vase, to be received with a with Sympathy bouquet, the Vase was Smashed, Shards of glass within the flowers, whole thing wrecked!
NO COMPENSATION... TOTALLY IGNORED.
SECOND TIME my mother's Christmas flowers have NOT TURNED UP!!!
