unfortunately when the delivery was opened by the reciever the pot was smashed to pieces

flower box was left on step outside front door, for everyone to see and easy to take as theres not a fence round garden.
Delivery driver did not knock.
I only sent my friend flowers for her birthday as I knew there would be someone at home as her husband tested postive for covid 5 days before and I knew he would be there to receive flowers. So, theywere all were indoors and didnt go to get flowers as they didnt know the flowers had been delivered until my friend saw my fb message that evening.
Luckily the flowers were still on doorstep... not a porch as stated... there isnt a porch.
I received lots of mobile texts that flowers were going to be delivered, Very helpful for me..... I didnt give my friends mobile number to order or that would have spoilt her surprise ! I assumed the delivery person would knock.
but the driver did not knock at my friends house

I've been using this site for a few years and only had one bad experience which wasn't Flowersdelivery4u's fault, they sorted the problem out quickly and thoroughly.

The quality of the flowers was very poor. They were dead in 3 DAYS.

Despite me making an error meaning the flowers came to me instead of my friend. I notified the company and they sent another bouquet. Such kindness. Can't praise then enough.
