Got initial delivery was disappointed with condition and display, sent a note and received replacement with additional flowers which where more in line with what I was expecting first time round, that aside no issues.

Wrong Flowers Wrong Day say no more well let's say lack of flowers .
Would of got more at a garage.

I always buy my flowers from this site and have done for many years. They never let you down and with an excellent customer service team together with beautifully presented flowers. They never fail to impress. I cannot praise them enough.

The reason I gave a 2 star is because firstly the delivery driver throw the box on the floor instead of placing it down and second of all the flowers was not in good condition considering they was order in advance for Valentine’s Day, tbh I wouldn’t recommend or come back here again.

Fast and easy to use. Both mums loved their flowers. Will be recommending to others.

Great service, lovely flowers.

Ordered a mini rose for my Mum and Mother-in-law for Mothers Day and both absolutely loved them. Delivery on the day for one (mainland UK), day before for the other who is on the Isle of Wight.
Beautiful product, both were over the moon and couldn't wait to tell me how gorgeous they were.
I think they were happy to receive something different to a just a standard bunch of blooms and these will last them much longer.
Very happy, I'll definitely use again.

Flowers arrived , very few in the bouquet which I paid £35 for and that was me getting apparently 50% off? After 7 days lillies still haven’t opened and heads went all brown. I took pictures for proof. Very very disappointing. They were for my daughter on Mother’s Day. Will not be using you again.

Great timing of Mothers Day delivery! Got them first thing in the morning, and they are still going strong with an amazing scent a week later.

The flowers look and smell great. Sadly the flowers in a bunch that always last the longest had started to go in a week, the others are still going strong two weeks later. I got the vase as well it is the right size but cheap and nasty looking on its own. However with the flowers in it it looks good. I got the balloon as well her grandson loves it.
