Happy with delivery service. However, my mother's day £70+ bunch of flowers lasted the day. Wilted the day after and was completely gone the following day despite the fact that my mother, a flower enthusiast, kept them in ideal conditions.
I did complain and a complimentary bunch of (*cheaper*) flowers were sent out.
Will not be returning

This was the third time recently that I have used Flowersdelivery4u. Both the flowers and the service were the best of those I have used,and I have sent a lot of flowers over the years.

Flowers order for mothering Sunday a week later they are still beautiful mum's change the water and the lilies worth the extra large bunch worth every penny mum loves them

I made a mistake by putting the wrong date to deliver for mothers day. I telephoned the gentleman and he very kindly moved the delivery date free of charge even though it cost him more. Would have no hesitation in using this service again. Thank you

I've used this company once or twice now and the flowers have always been spot on! I ordered some for mothers day and had an issue with one of the bouquets after sending an email with pictures attached the customer services team sent a new bouquet of flowers straight away and they are amazing! Thank you so much! Would 100% recommend!

The flowers are droopy already unfortunately and the bunch has a lot of cheap flowers in the bunch, barely any roses. The box they came in was nice and they were wrapped well.

Very disappointed flowers started to wilt next day and looked nothing like they did on photo for price I should have gone to Aldi and bought flowers

Expectations versus reality. Photo have beautiful roses and they are big and organised.

Paid £89 and received flowers for £15 of shop quality....

I was disappointed that the flowers were delivered one day early.
