Unfortunately I’m here to say I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this company. The first time I ever got flowers (a few years ago they were beautiful) but the last 3 times I recovered my flowers in horrendous conditions. The first time I wrote it off as just unfortunate luck while transporting but the flowers the following two times arrived in such poor condition I’m actually really angry. Laying 50/60€ for flowers to arrive in such poor damaged states is extremely offensive as a consumer and while I love to support Irish business I unfortunately will be looking for a new flower company.

Amazing...sent flowers to my friend, she sent me a pic once she got them...they were stunning, so full and bright looked better in reality than the pic on the website tbh.
Service was incredible, requested next day delivery and they arrived at the destination just after 9am that next day (I'm in cork)...will absolutely be my florist of choice going forward. Great value for money.

Excellent service. Flowers arrived when they said they would. Good quality and lasted well over a week. This is not the first time I’ve received flowers from this company and quality has always been the same.👏👏

No guarantee your order will arrive on time. Ordered 5 days before and still not arrived for the day I ordered. Don’t feel this is good enough and was not informed of same by company. I don’t need the flowers delivered 2 days later. Wouldn’t use again and will be telling others to avoid this service. Emails with the company offered sincere apologies and state it was a fault with DPD but again that is not what I paid money for. Don’t advertise a service you cannot guarantee to provide and offer some compensation if you cannot provide this.

I wanted to send flowers to my sister but was very dubious about doing it online. My colleague at work had just used flowersDirect & I'd seen what was delivered, I was so impressed I ordered immediately from Spain to Ireland & when they were delivered, my sister sent me photos, the flowers were gorgeous. I would have no hesitation recommending flowersDirect & I will use the again.

I was nervous after reading some reviews but as customer service to send pics before delivery was sent and they did. The bouquet was perfect and was delivered on time. Great service and good price.

Recently ordered a basket with out seeing them and from what I know my order was so beautiful and made me so happy. Ordered and delivered exactly as it stated. Brilliant service. Most definitely will use again

I wanted to send some flowers to Ballyshannon Donegal from Macclesfield and I looked at several sites - 2 of the others received mixed reviews and one sent a generic reply to every bad review and the other didn’t even reply - flowers direct responded to every one good or rarely bad individually - the service I received was perfect everything happened as they said it would and more importantly as I wanted it too and the flowers were gratefully received and I got a photo and they were beautiful - do not hesitate to use them it is rare to get such good service

Bought the peony rose in vase as a gift, with the automatic upgrade. What was delivered was a disgrace- a shabby arrangement with a few blooms flung together. Wrote to customer service sending them an image of the delivery and did not receive a response. Seems they only reply to public reviews.

Fast delivery came within an hour of ordering, the flowers were fresh, standing for about 2 weeks now, I ordered peony and they are beautiful, super happy. Definitely recommend, amazing gift for anyone:))

Ordered a peony bouquet and was really disappointed with the quality. I left a review, and the company reached out to offer me a voucher or replacement. I chose a different bouquet as a replacement, and it was much better quality. Still not as good I would expect from a florist, but much better than the first. The bouquet is very pretty and I would be really happy if I had ordered it for someone else. I really appreciated the company's willingness to provide a solution so have edited my review to reflect that.

So disappointing, ordered flowers for my Aunt and specifically requested that they get delivered on Saturday. I checked tracking and the flowers are withering in some warehouse or van.. they will be delivered at best 2 days late on Monday (withered) which is pointless and charged almost 9 euro for the delivery service. So disappointed with this service.
**Update**Flowers Direct got in contact with me immediately and offered to send a fresh bunch of flowers and chocolates to the same address. This is a nice touch and I'm happy that the complaint was taken seriously.

my daughter ordered flowers from my husband who is seriously ill in hospital for our 30th wedding anniversary they arrived on saturday and half the flowers and foliage were dead disggraceful she was so upset 😭
