I placed an order and they accept it. I have waited one hour for confirmation message which didn't came. I tried to log in and see my order's status. My order was not there....anywhere. I contact them saying i didn't get any confirmation. After i recevied some automatic messages i finally got the confirmation message saying the order is preparing and will be delivered. Of cuorse my order was not delivered at all so I asked for cancellation and i recevied lots automatic messages and not an answer. The system is shit, couldn't see my order on my account and they don't respond, they send automatic messages. the phone number to call is useless...nobody bother to answer. Paid 97.99€ and all i hope now is to get my money back!

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. I booked flowers for a specific delivery time for a funeral. I paid extra for them to be delivered in the morning. The company is called "Flowers for Italy" so I used this company to send flowers for a funeral in Italy from UK. They sent me an email 2 hours before the Funeral after the delivery slot had passed - saying they don't deliver there. It left me no time to order from anywhere else. I messaged live chat in the morning and there was no way to track my order and Noone on live chat told me that they couldn't deliver flowers - they also told me my flowers were out of delivery. I've tried to phone customer services 3 times and no answer. There was a delivery form which I've been watching all morning saying my flowers were "out for delivery". Never ever ever use this company. There is no customer services and they are called "Flowers to Italy" but don't actually deliver in Italy in a fairly large area. I'm so so upset. My flowers which I ordered yesterday and spent so long choosing - I could have gone with any other company - but there won't be any flowers there from me now. HOW COULD YOU DO THIS??????? SERIOUSLY??? how could you wait until after the delivery slot to even contact me - and until it's too late to send my friend flowers for the funeral?
