Ordered flowers on the weekend fro $125 AUD and chose the Monday for delivery as it was available. Flowers had not arrived by Wednesday so I sent email as no phone number was available on website. No response from email addressee but another email from Bloomex arrived later. I found a Bloomex phone number and called them spoke to a lady who said she would escalate my query. Did some researching and found out that I ordered through a virtual web store. Received another email from Bloomex stating that my order was delayed as it was a special order. I advised them I did not order a "special order" and anything to be added that would cause a delay. No reply. Then I receive an message from Aust Post saying my order is with a courier and will be delivered on Friday FIVE days late. The order arrives and the special order delay was a packet of Milk Coffee bikkies ! . . So the delay was because they forgot the order then came up with a BS reason for it and what arrived was obviously from the end of day cuttings off the floor or from the bin. Do not use anything associated with Bloomex Australia. Rubbish service, rubbish quality and operate dishonestly. I voiced my concern and they offered $20 dollars off my next purchase with them . . Like that's ever going to happen. Use another service provider and avoid this poor excuse of a business
I ordered same day delivery flowers before noon. After 5p I received an email the flowers would be delivered the following day. Day 2 no flowers i contact customer support was told they would be delivered the following day by 6pm. Day 3 NO FLOWERS, by this time I had contacted customer support 2 more times inquiring about the flowers. 7p comes around NO FLOWERS, I contacted customer support that said the flowers were delivered at 652p they told me to contact the person receiving them.I contacted my daughter who stated she had not received them and pulled camera footage half hr before up to current time to verify no delivery. I requested a FULL refund. At 9p two scrappy "complimentary" bouquets of wilted flowers were delivered. If I could give ZERO stars I would
My husband ordered flowers for Mother’s Day as a surprise . however there are multiple issues with the order and it has completely ruined what was meant to be a special moment from him and our children.
He paid $75 in total, however the flowers are nothing like the advertised photo. They are tiny, half dead, and extremely poor quality. Unfortunately, because this was arranged as a surprise while he is away for work, he trusted that what was advertised would actually be delivered.
This is extremely disappointing and feels like false advertising and a complete money grab.
I mean no star
First time ever used the service that caused my break up
The product was not received and they don’t want to refund me
Do not trust this company
Ordered flowers for mother's day, put my order in well in advance and even picked a Friday delivery knowing Sunday would be busy. Got an email late Friday evening saying they couldn't complete the order until the following week and "maybe" they could refund the same-day delivery fee. Completely unacceptable
I stay off of Facebook but for the love of God, avoid this company at all costs. I had flowers ordered yesterday to be delivered today. I called “customer service” 6 times and they told me the flowers would be delivered by 12pm, then 3:30pm, then 6:00pm, and now the delivery date is 3 days away. Just in time to miss the whole reason I needed the flowers. From You Flowers should be ashamed of themselves. You want flowers to show up after the occasion? Order from them. You want to be bounced around from 17 different customer service reps that can tell you absolutely nothing? Order from them. Got a special party or birthday or event planned for the end of the month? Order the flowers now and you might get them by the end of the month. Save yourself the headache, skip the middle man, and use your local florist. This company and their “service” is an absolute joke. Never again.
Terrible I ordered the most expensive premium bouquet package that was supposed to come with a pretty purple keepsake vase and they sent my mom the most janky small bouquet with a cheap vase from the dollar store that looked nothing like the photo absolutely ridiculous!! Only offered a partial refund. Wouldn’t have even paid 20$ for the flowers!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering flowers from this company.
The website heavily advertises same-day delivery at no extra charge, yet when I placed my order, I selected next-day delivery and still paid additional fees for expedited/weekend/holiday delivery. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered to a business before 5 PM, but by 6:05 PM nothing had arrived and the business was already closed.
When I called customer service to ask if they could check on the order status, the representative responded very rudely with, “What do you want me to do about it?” That level of customer service was honestly shocking. I asked if the flowers could instead be delivered to the recipient’s home over the weekend or if I could receive a refund. I explained that her home was an hour away and might require coordination with another florist, but the representative repeatedly just said she would “let the florist know.”
By the end of the weekend, the flowers still had not been delivered, so I requested a refund. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone being repeatedly told to “wait” while the refund was supposedly being processed. At one point, the experience felt so unprofessional that I genuinely questioned whether this company was legitimate. I later noticed I had actually received the refund email 7 minutes earlier while still being kept on hold.
I completely understand that Mother’s Day can create delays and complications. However, advertising same-day delivery and then being unable to deliver an order within four days is unacceptable. Had I known there would be delays, I could have planned differently or at least informed my family ahead of time.
At this point, I’m not sure I would order from this company again, primarily because of the extremely poor customer service experience. What I “wanted” the representative to do was simple: ensure the product I paid for was actually delivered

Sir,
Very Disappointed in fromyouflowers.com The flowers my sons ordered from your company arrived May 7th (Thursday after 6pm). The packaging was over kill and the flowers inside were packed so tight all the sunflowers were crushed, and the roses had already started to turn brown on the tips of the petals. My son who lives in California called last night and asked if the flowers had arrived. Lying through my teeth I said, “Yes, and they are beautiful”. But they aren’t and I dread sending them a photo of the Mother’s Day flowers fromyouflowers. I know this bouquet was NOT cheap but for the flowers to arrive in this condition is deplorable. By Mother’s Day the flowers will already be in the trash. I should be honest and tell my sons not to order from your company again, but I don’t want to tell them that your company doesn’t deliver fresh and presentable bouquets of flowers. I would never recommend fromyouflowers to anyone.

PS: Sending you 3 photos so you can see what you call “Our Fresh
Flower Arrangements.” Laughable !!! and copy of the shipping label.
This was the absolute worst experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The customer service is ridiculous. They don’t assist you let alone admit when they are wrong or messed up a delivery. Wouldn’t recommend.
They accepted an order for a funeral service and did not deliver. This s not an occasion that is possible for a do-over. Not trustworthy, would advise to stay away.
Wrong item delivered. Ordered pink azalea bonsai for $89.99, a little potted $15 outdoor bonsai was delivered. This was a mother's day gift. Will never use this company again. I requested to return the item and requested a full refund I was refunded $14.89, I guess thats all that plant was worth to them

I ordered from You Flowers for the first time and purchased flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. The flowers arrived on time; however, they were not the arrangement I ordered. I paid for the large option, but not only was the arrangement smaller than expected, it also looked nothing like the photos online. The arrangement did not look presentable, and overall I was very disappointed with the quality. I would not recommend this company. The flowers were delivered in Las Vegas, NV.
Update: ForYouFlowers offered me a full refund.
I placed an expensive order (around $200) for my niece’s 21st birthday. I live in Belgium and she lives in Atlanta, so I ordered a gift package including wine for delivery in the US.
The day after placing the order, I received an email saying they could not verify my purchase because I have an international billing address. Fair enough — I immediately replied and offered multiple solutions: I asked whether they could contact my sister in the US (the recipient’s mother), or whether I could send a copy of my Belgian ID to verify my age.
Their response? They asked for a phone number and said someone would call me “as soon as possible.”
No one ever called.
My sister then took the initiative to call customer service herself and was told that everything was fine and that the delivery would proceed as planned.
The very next day, I received another email informing me that my order had been canceled and refunded because they were “unable to verify” my information.
When my sister called again, customer service confirmed that the order had indeed been canceled and casually suggested that I simply place another order.
Why would I do that when your team already failed to process the first one despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue?
This was for a milestone birthday, and thanks to your disorganized customer service and contradictory communication, the gift never arrived on time.
It honestly feels like customer support has no coordination whatsoever and gives inconsistent information depending on who answers.
You lost a $200 order and, more importantly, a customer. I would not recommend this company for important occasions.
This company is awful!! When you either call or chat with their alleged "customer service", they don't answer your questions, they don't know what the status on any order is and they repeatedly ask how they can help after you've already told them to problem. Never, never use them!!

Reply from From You Flowers
Although an incorrect order was received by recipient, Fromyouflowers agreed to redeliver the correct planter at no charge. I am satisfied with their customer service and appreciate the resolution.

I was able to order flowers for my niece and pick a date without having difficulty. Unfortunately I had to pay more than I’d planned to because they wouldn’t ship the basic priced order. I ended up paying $10-$15 more than I wanted. It did get delivered on the date chosen.

Paid a fortune to have delivered what looked like a beautiful bouquet ended up bring delivered the wrong day and looking pathetic a quarter of the size. Not answering email either. Avoid
The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, missing the receiver's birthday. The bouquet was delivered in a damaged box, wilted, and was a tiny bouquet compared to the photo online, even though I purchased the 'grandeur' size. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
