I ordered $340 worth flowers, 3 sets and they looked nothing like the photos! I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. They tried to offer me $52 refund lol This business needs to be shut down for false advertising!!

Not what you order!

I ordered a PREMIUM LUSH LAVENDER BOUQUET for my mom on Mother's Day. She received a small, bouquet with a couple of roses, 1 lily, 1 bunch of some other white flowers and a couple small carnations. The florist used was Albertsons grocery store. Absolutely terrible bouquet. I was given a full refund after long chats and they said they would send my mom another bouquet. Still so embarrassed about the flowers that were delivered to my mom on Mother’s Day. Wish I could upload photos.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day- didn’t show up on the day, apparently they will be delivered on the Tuesday 2 days after. Ruined my Mother’s Day present and they also weren’t very helpful on the phone and had poor communication. Wouldn’t use them again as a company. Don’t offer refunds either so beware.

Ordered flowers for 92yr old mother. Didn’t arrive. Followed up with two emails and a phone call. They told me the flowers were left at the nearest ‘post office’!!! They refused to refund our money and said if we wanted them delivered from the post office we’d have to pay extra. Completely unprofessional and totally useless. Would never recommend ‘from you flowers’...

I order flowers for my 96 year old grandmother for Mother’s Day, who lives in New Castle and we are in Sydney. They didn’t arrive. I called the next morning the 1800 number to ask why. They Tell me that because it’s a big weekend they have a disclaimer that it may go out the next day. Than tells me my order is confirmed in the warehouse (so big enough to have a warehouse) but the order will go out today or tomorrow. What a joke. I said cancel the order. She said it can’t be cancelled. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told a email is the only way. I reply, so I email them and receive the flowers, you guys say you got them! Never again will I order from them. Disgusting costumer service, disgusting all around. Now she has to wait around for two more days, maybe?? No refund? No flowers?
UPDATED: Delivered next day and left next to the rubbish bin. My Father in Law was there and was walking out to see a flower arrangement left next to the rubbish bin…. That says a lot. Garage company and some garage people working for them.

Ordered flowers yesterday for my mum who lives over the other side of the country.

Flowers never arrived, got an email today saying they were coming! To late mothers day is over and she leaves today to go away!

No phone calls, no messages just completely missed with no one actually caring!

Poor excuse for a company!

They ruined my mother’s day because they didn’t delivery the flowers on the same day, even though I paid for same day delivery.

Can I send pictures? The so called flowers were a disgrace. This for a disabled mother!

The Mother’s Day order was for a cherry blossom bouquet deluxe was ordered with full flowers. What was received was a pathetic 4 roses and green in a small vase. Even the vase was the wrong size. I called them for resolution first they said they will re send the order the same day. But nothing came. Chatted and they decided to cancel the order with refund. The refund has not showed up. This was $90 order not a small 4 roses order. Not only the order was delivered correctly they are not wiling to work with you. You will have to scramble to get something for the occasion last min. Not a dependable service.

Flowers and chocolates did not arrive for Mothers Day, they did not let me know they would not arrive until I contacted them. They then told me they would be delivered two days later, I have asked for a refund which they are not responding to

Mother’s Day flowers were not delivered. When I called the company they were unapologetic and blamed me for not reading the fine print.
The site says no delivery fee and yet I was charged nearly $20 shipping.
Avoid this company at all costs they are super dodgy!

My husband sent his mother flowers for Mother's Day and they arrived wilted. I got the associate I needed to speak with yesterday and we resolved the issue. Thank you for making it right!

The absolute worst never order from them. Incorrect order delayed delivery and poorest of poor quality

Ordered a bouquet for nearly $100 and received the cheapest flowers you could get. I sent my mother a bouquet of what was suppose to be pink and white roses, but what she received was a bouquet with pink carnations and some cheap white flowers....not a single rose was in her bouquet. So disappointed and will never order from this company again. Crooks!!!

I ordered for mother's day and did not receive flowers, even though I got an email that they were deliverd.

It first started when I ordered my sisters birthday flowers. They arrived practically dead and was not even in a beautiful placement. Just thrown together.
I gave them another chance for Mother’s Day. I ordered a $95 bouquet and it showed up with 4 roses and about 6 carnations.. when in the photo it was waaay more than that. I contacted customer service and they said all they could do was 20% which was $14…. Really? I am so dissatisfied and disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

This is the absolute worst company I’ve dealt with. Horrible service and AI customer support. Do NOT trust this company

I made two orders for Mothers Day. One said they were delivered, and the person I bought them for said they were not. The other bouquet I bought said that they couldn't be delivered and would be attempted after Mothers Day with no information. Total shambles. Will never use again.

The flowers I ordered for Mothers day never got delivered.
The Customer Services was only good at apologising. When I wanted a refund their response was, ' you well have to wait till tomorrow'!!!
