HORRIBLE COMPANY!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Do not use this company. They let me know the day before Mother’s Day that they were “sorry” they couldn’t find anyone to send flowers to my mom. So my mom got nothing! TERRIBLE!! Of course they charged me and now I’m trying to get my money back! Their solution was to send a bigger arrangement two days AFTER Mother’s Day!

Terrible service avoid at all costs

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday to be delivered same day to an airbnb. Flowers arrived 2 days later despite my receipt stating same day delivery. By the time they were delivered she was no longer staying at the airbnb & they were left at the door. I emailed this company twice before delivery but they are refusing a refund as they were delivered. Likely to the new guests staying there. Very poor form and unwilling to compensate.

Failure to Deliver... In multiple ways

I placed an order with From You Flowers for over $100 with a guaranteed delivery date scheduled more than 24 hours in advance. The arrangement was never delivered.
When I contacted customer service, the representative (Nirbhay) initially offered a 20% discount and free delivery as compensation. When I requested a full refund — given that the guaranteed delivery they sold me was not provided — the rep responded that their "only option" was to cancel the order. I have a screenshot of this exchange.
So the resolution path here is: company fails to deliver a guaranteed product, refuses a full refund, and cancels the order rather than fix the problem they created. No flowers for the recipient, no real accountability, no honoring the guarantee they advertised at checkout.
If the occasion matters — birthday, funeral, anniversary, anything — order from a local florist directly. From You Flowers' delivery guarantee is not one you can rely on.

I ordered a dozen rainbow roses

I ordered a dozen rainbow roses. I received 6 pink roses. At least they got the flower type right. Now if they could hire someone that isn't color blind, and someone that can count, they may be in business.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I paid a lot of money for a Mother’s Day bouquet, including extra for a larger and prettier arrangement with more flowers, and what arrived was awful. The flowers looked old, wilted, and almost dead. The bouquet was small, poorly arranged, and completely different from the photos advertised online.

It honestly felt like a scam. For the price they charge, the quality is unacceptable. This was supposed to be a special gift, and instead it was embarrassing to give. I will never order from this company again and I do not recommend them at all. Save your money and order somewhere else.

Very unsatisfied, Not as ordered

made 3 orders for Mother's Day. The order for one was premium dreamy rose bouquet. It looked nothing like the picture and somecflowers arrived wilted and dying. I offered to have a re-delivery which they said they didn't have product anymore. The cost was 126.33 including cost of vase which was 16.99. They only wanted to refund 29.19?. I disagreed. The two photos is how flowers arrived. Not
5/12/26I'm going add to my review. My stepmother sent me a picture of flowers I ordered for her. Which looks nothing like what I ordered, now that's the second of two orders that were not what I paid for! SHAME ON FOR YOU FLOWERS!

They were dead.

The flowers that were delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day, are absolutely horrible and all half dead. And when I called, they can only give me a 20% refund. Even though their product is nothing like they were selling.

Missed the delivery, I have been on the phone with customer service now for 30 minutes with no resolution. I would not recommend this service.

Ordered $125 Flower. Got a rubbish product & poor service…

Ordered flowers on the weekend fro $125 AUD and chose the Monday for delivery as it was available. Flowers had not arrived by Wednesday so I sent email as no phone number was available on website. No response from email addressee but another email from Bloomex arrived later. I found a Bloomex phone number and called them spoke to a lady who said she would escalate my query. Did some researching and found out that I ordered through a virtual web store. Received another email from Bloomex stating that my order was delayed as it was a special order. I advised them I did not order a "special order" and anything to be added that would cause a delay. No reply. Then I receive an message from Aust Post saying my order is with a courier and will be delivered on Friday FIVE days late. The order arrives and the special order delay was a packet of Milk Coffee bikkies ! . . So the delay was because they forgot the order then came up with a BS reason for it and what arrived was obviously from the end of day cuttings off the floor or from the bin. Do not use anything associated with Bloomex Australia. Rubbish service, rubbish quality and operate dishonestly. I voiced my concern and they offered $20 dollars off my next purchase with them . . Like that's ever going to happen. Use another service provider and avoid this poor excuse of a business

I ordered same day delivery flowers…

I ordered same day delivery flowers before noon. After 5p I received an email the flowers would be delivered the following day. Day 2 no flowers i contact customer support was told they would be delivered the following day by 6pm. Day 3 NO FLOWERS, by this time I had contacted customer support 2 more times inquiring about the flowers. 7p comes around NO FLOWERS, I contacted customer support that said the flowers were delivered at 652p they told me to contact the person receiving them.I contacted my daughter who stated she had not received them and pulled camera footage half hr before up to current time to verify no delivery. I requested a FULL refund. At 9p two scrappy "complimentary" bouquets of wilted flowers were delivered. If I could give ZERO stars I would

MISSLEADING & MONEY GRAB



My husband ordered flowers for Mother’s Day as a surprise . however there are multiple issues with the order and it has completely ruined what was meant to be a special moment from him and our children.

He paid $75 in total, however the flowers are nothing like the advertised photo. They are tiny, half dead, and extremely poor quality. Unfortunately, because this was arranged as a surprise while he is away for work, he trusted that what was advertised would actually be delivered.

This is extremely disappointing and feels like false advertising and a complete money grab.
