What an experience!
I am really impressed with your shop. You are a pure evidence that you can work on some market even without basic respect of the customer. You don't have a review option on your FB page and that is understandable, because you would have 1 star from me. I have ordered a gift 2 days ago, payed extra to be delivered on a specific time, and what did you do? You are late. 6,5hrs late to be precise. I have talked with your support over 10 times on chat, had 3 phone calls from Serbia to UAE and you did nothing. Your quality control team is informed and they will contact me. Whole day passed and no one called me. That is quality? I don't know what standards do you have, but in my opinion that is everything but quality. I'm sorry I wasn't in UAE this month, because I could have planted the flowers in the desert with higher chances on growing on time, than you have delivered it on desired time. I have overpaid for the specific delivery time, you are late, no one is calling me and proposing a solution to this problem. Your "Sorry" I can write on piece of paper and hang it on my dog's tail. I expect the company owner, not the manager, to call me and to solve the whole mess that you have made. P.S. Gift was meant to be a surprise and the recipient knows now everything about your delivery. Absolutely great job. Wish you all the best with that service if you could even call it that way. Bravo. P.P.S. You even do a review of posts on Facebook so people wouldn't know about your service. Trust me I'll create an adwords campaign eventually and pay 10x of the flowers price for it so people would know about the things you do.
