Ordered delivery for a specific date well in advance. Received an email at 11:40am on the same day to tell me they couldn’t find a florist, leaving no time to order a replacement. Extremely disappointing - would give 0 stars if I could.

I needed to send some flowers urgently to a relative who was recovering from an operation.I used the Flower Shop Network and hey organised everything perfectly.

The flowers where late, the flowers where of poor quality for the price, they looked like they where bought from a convenience store or petrol station, I felt embarrassed to give them to my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary at gone 21:00 on the day they where due delivery, I suspect the time of delivery was due to my complaints early that evening! I have since complained to the contact number and so far I’ve had no feedback, apart from the generic mails generated from the purchase, this adds insult to injury, I would score this company as minus 5 stars, I want my money back please!

The flowers are beautiful and arrived on time for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary. Thank you

Ordered flowers which i paid for then they could not deliver, still waiting for refund after 2 weeks, apparently looking at reviews its a common thing with this company, i see by there terms and conditions they wait 30 days,to refund ummmm they will no wonder stick to it

This company is a scam. Do not use. Email on day of delivery saying local florists are either fully booked or don't have the flowers in stock. Still waiting on a refund.

Absolutely disgraceful service and a complete rip-off. Based on my experience — and judging by other reviews — this company appears highly untrustworthy.

I strongly advise people not to buy flowers or anything else from this company. I paid £68 for a large bouquet of flowers that was never delivered. Trying to contact them by phone was impossible, as no one ever answered.

When I emailed, they responded quickly claiming they had already sent me an email update, but after checking all inboxes and spam folders, I never received anything. They then stated that a refund would be processed within 3–5 business days.

It has now been over 4 weeks, and I still have not received my refund. Despite repeatedly chasing them and being told the matter had been “escalated,” nothing has been resolved and I am still out of pocket.

Terrible customer service, unacceptable handling of refunds, and an overall awful experience. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday. The day came and went with no flowers being delivered, I contacted them to be told they sent me an email telling me the order had been cancelled because they couldn't find a florist to do it but I recieved no email.
I then contacted several times to get a refund and each time was told to give them time to look into it!
13 days have passed and no refund!

Avoid these scammers at all costs!!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery on April 28. Got an email the following day to say they couldn't fulfill order and I could choose a refund or delivery the following day. Chose the following day delivery - here we are on 05 May - still no delivery. No response to email queries or refund requests. Do NOT use this company

Ordered flowers and delivery from this group of thieves, needless to say within hours said they could not deliver and would refund monies within 3-5 business days. Now waiting 18 days and no return of funds. Tried customer service and no reply. Please save your money as I wish I had.

I ordereda flower basket for my friend who was ill for same day delivery and they arrived as promised. She messaged to say they were lovely and again 5 days later to say they were still going strong.
I am very pleased with the service and would recommend. Thanks guys

Failed to deliver, 1 week later still waiting for refund

Excellent customer service! I had given the wrong address, but the details were changed efficiently and with no problem. When the flowers arrived, they were absolutely beautiful and the recipient was over the moon!

Flowers delivered as requested. All very easy to order and pay. I would have expected to receive an email / message to confirm delivery. I had to check up.

Absolutely disgrace as my order was placed in good time for delivery on 2nd May. Received an email the day before to say the order was cancelled as no available florist, which is totally untrue as there are several florists in the vicinity of the postcode. As I was travelling home from holiday the email was not picked up by me until the early hours of the day of delivery. Do not use this Company, you will be disappointed!

this company is crooked, I ordered for same day delivery, at 11.00 am, despite charging premium delivery rates with goods, total nearly £80.00 3 days later still no flowers and chocolates despite two emails on the 30th asking where's my order no reply - thieves end of
