I ordered flowers on Wednesday 22nd for a lady who was leaving work on Friday 24th.
The order and payment were accepted immediately.
On Friday 24th I recieved an email at 12.51pm saying the order couldn't be fulfilled as no florists were available and offering a full refund within 5 working days.
This left me no time to organise anything else for the lady's leaving present.
How can you as a flowershop/ delivery service think this is acceptable business practise?
The email also said you hoped you can help with any future orders.
I can assure you that there won't be any. Pathetic!!!

Absolutely shocking company, order placed and received confirmation then next day they said they could fulfill the order. That was back in march and still no refund. I'm concerned I won't receive one either but won't be for the want of trying. Please avoid.

I ordered flowers and paid for next-day delivery. I received a confirmation email. I was not informed until late the following day that they were unable to deliver and would cancel the order. Twelve days no refund. They send very placating responses....thank you for reaching out..... blah blah. Totally unacceptable.

This company is a fraud. And should know that flowers are bought for occasions happy and sad so they are massively disappointing people daily. Promise to deliver then don’t deliver at all. After weeks of nonsense from them regarding a refund I had to go through my bank for a chargeback.and seems to be the same for most people using them are let down. They should not be in business.

Order flowers to be delivered the following day. Received an email AFTER my money was taken confirming they could not deliver the order and my money would be refunded. 4 weeks later - still no refund. Very concerning so I had to contact the bank to force the refund.

Flower shop networks, didn't get my Daughter's birthday flowers delivered on time, it wasn't giving a reason just a promise for the money to be deposited back.
After 17 days, I still waiting for the deposit of my money to the bank.

Ordered a basket of flowers on behalf of my elderly mum for my sisters wedding anniversary 2 weeks in advance,i was told via email i would recieve confirmation of delivery by email with a photo,I had neither then had email saying sorry cant deliver until Monday is that good for you?no it wasnt as that would of been 3 days later! They promised a refund still waiting,then just kept getting emails saying thanks for shopping with us!no reply to emails asking where my refund was,then my sister had a small basket of flowers delivered which was nothing like I ordered,half the size and no where near worth the price I paid. defo a scam and like the others say avoid avoid like the plague

Dreadful company. Avoid! Ordered flowers and the order was cancelled. I missed the email as it went to my junk folder. After making contact two alternate dates were made for delivery and the order was cancelled again. They said they had refunded my money, but hadn’t. Eventually I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge to get my money back. This is a scam company I believe.

I’ve ordered a same day delivery flowers for a friend at 8 am and was called at almost 12 to be told that it won’t be possible for a same day delivery. I had to find some other places but obviously because of the time that it was already, I got something not as special as i planned. I was told that a refund was processed and I should receive it in 3-5 working days which never happend. Contacted them via email to ask about the money and all the time I was told that they are looking into it… after a week I still didn’t get my money back and tried to email them again and no answer from them…..wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!! Couldn’t fulfil my order, had to get some ordinary flowers for my friend and didn’t have my refund back! Luckily I’ve paid via credit card and was able to recover the money!!! Don’t order from them! Looks like a scam!!!!
Don't use this Company
My story seems the same as many others. I ordered a bouquet, received an email saying the order could not be fulfilled, and that a refund would be made within a couple of days. No refund appeared and 4 weeks had elapsed, so I contacted my bank and they refunded the approx £56 within a matter of hours.
