Do not use this company

Do not use this company. They could not fullfill my order. Have not responded to emails and their helpline is pointless as goes to voicemail after waiting in a queue (prob imaginary) for 30 mins. Useless. i await a refund but don't hold out much hope in getting any money back.

Ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days…

Ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days prior and after the funeral they sent me a email that my order was cancelled due to the we’re trying to find a florist excuse me it was Cambridge, not in the desert! Pathetic excuse I’m totally shocked why didn’t they telephone me and I could have asked someone from Waitrose to take some flowers.

A genuine horror story

A genuine horror story, and it got so bad that this company should be reported to trading standards.

Ordered flowers 18/03/26. For delivery 20/03/26. Payment made, obligation set. On the 20th I get an email saying no florist available. No offer of a refund, no offer to deliver later. No solution offered whatsoever.

I chase and ask for them to deliver another date the next week. They agreed.

I follow up. Hear nothing. Finally, today (09/04) I hear that the delivery has not been made. They finally agree to refund the money.

Not only shocking service (they didn’t actually do anything) but, if I hadn’t chased and chased, I probably would never have seen my money again.

Not sure it gets worse than this.

No flowers but they’ve kept the money

They took the order and payment and then cancelled the order. They have not returned the payment. Their customer service line does not pick up and their email responses are evasive. I am not sure this company is genuine.
UPDATE: The money has now been refunded. So a genuine company, but I won’t be trying to use them again.

No flowers!

I ordered flowers yesterday for my friends birthday today. I received an email at 13:10 to tell me they couldnt fulfill the order.
Not only does leave me with no time to replace the gift on her birthday, but they informed me it would take 5 to 10 working days to receive my refund!
Abysmal service I won't be using again

Order cancelled, had to contact bank for refund.

Placed the order for the flowers to be delivered thd following day. They said they couldn't do it the following day. And they would attempt to deliver the following day. They then cancelled the order. They said to expect the refund within 5 working days. After 2 emails & me contacting my bank to dispute the transaction. The refund was done 14 days later.

Unreliable and dishonest

I placed a same day order around 6AM, their site says you can make a same day order up until 2PM. I received an order confirmation. I waited the whole day and heard nothing. Around 4:30PM I decided to call to find out what was happening. I was kept on hold for 30min until they closed so I never got to speak to anyone. I emailed to find out why my order hadn't been actioned and I received a reply the next day saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled and that they had emailed me. This is false, I checked my spam etc, no such email exists. So not only did they not fulfill my order, they didn't communicate and then gaslight me about it. This is very unprofessional and means I can't rely on them in the future as they don't have the professionalism to communicate. Zero integrity.

Very poor 'service'! Do not use!
Ordered same day delivery flowers for my daughter. Company accepted my order, then a couple hours later cancelled order, stating they would refund in 3 to 5 days! Still waitingfor the money, have now raised a dispute with my bank

Terrible company, do not use.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. The order was cancelled on the day of delivery, as it could not be fulfilled by the company. Six weeks on and i still do not have the refund.
E-mails not being responded to and I cannot get through on the telephone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers to be delivered next day and this didn’t happen. I’ve been asking for my £55 refund for several weeks now and keep getting fobbed off with ‘it’s with our finance team’ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers on 10th March for…

Ordered flowers on 10th March for delivery 3rd April, received a message on 2ed April to say my order would not be delivered. This is very poor ordered via interflora on 2ed April and received on 3rd. There Email was addressed to another person. My Email to them was not replied to, and no refund has been issued so far, I live in hope, but if not received I will report it to my credit card company.

Let down

Ordered for a 60th wedding anniversary, no flowers arrived, no contact at all - when contacted they said they were sorry but there was no florist available in the area ...!!! Said we would get out £57 back...12 days later we are still waiting!

Difficuit to judge from NZ to UK

I know that the person that I was send to received the flowers, only because I could see them in the background of a photo on exactly the day that they where meant to be delivered. It is very difficult to judge a bunch of flowers, ordered from New Zealand to the UK.

Took My Money, Then Cancelled on the Day

I ordered roses for my wife for our anniversary with four days’ notice. On the day of the delivery — while I was at work — the company emailed to say they were “unable to process your order today.”

This is simply not good enough. If you’re charging £60 for roses, you should be absolutely certain you can fulfil the order before taking payment.

Had I been notified earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements. Being told on the day of delivery left me with no options and resulted in a very disappointing experience, ruining the surprise I planned for my wife.

While a refund has been offered, it does not make up for the inconvenience or the disappointment caused.

You’ve lost a customer — I would advise others to avoid.

Very poor service

Very poor service , ordered Monday morning for same day delivery and didn't come , was told via email they were delivered Tuesday but they weren't and now been told they have since been left at front door but weren't there , have asked for refund for both bouquets but no response ,£113.96 , these were bereavement flowers and this service is appalling!

Unacceptable Service and Delivery Failurey with…

I placed an order on Thursday with same-day delivery. However, the flowers arrived on Sunday.
On top of that, I sent more than 7 emails and did not receive a single response. I also tried calling multiple times. Each time, I was placed in a queue (position 5 or 6) and waited for over 40 minutes, but never managed to speak to a representative — the call always ended up going to voicemail. I called again the next day and experienced the same issue, waiting 33 minutes before being sent to voicemail once more.
Honestly, if I were in your position, I would never use this company again. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
