I have not received my flowers!!
I ordered them on Wednesday, have a funeral tomorrow and they haven't arrived despite two emails to say they would be here. I am now going to have to try and buy all the flowers somewhere else today causing great and unnecessary stress. I will not be using this company again and will be requesting a full refund!

Yet again (for the 3rd time using this company since March this year ) my delivery has not arrived on time. Not only is this a major problem regarding specific events/dates that the items are needed for, but the company seems to think it’s ok for the products to simply arrive later than guaranteed. Which means the quality of the product is severely impacted by doing so. And we still pay the same “next day delivery” charge ???! Not happy

You could not have been more helpful with coordinating my order with my required delivery date. Thank you!

Poor quality, heads off some of flowers and squashed flat, roses almost dead.

Greenery, wax flower dried and hardly any head left on.
Had email after Easter break with offer of refund, have checked the account it is now being processed as promised by the company.
Thank-you for the generous refund.

Having to order before the holidays I was nervous about caring for them until the day they were needed but was kindly guided by fantastic customer support and all seems well

Wanted specific flowers for parents 70th wedding anniversary. Same as those grown by my grandmother for mums wedding day.
Enquired via email and placed pre-order.
As hadn’t used you before was a little nervous about the order especially as no contact phone number but email communication was perfect and very helpful. Never experienced better or quicker email communication .
Flowers were perfect! In beautiful condition with plenty of life.
Dad has Alzheimer’s so the day was all about memories,

I ordered my daughters wedding flowers from this company, but when they arrived the avalanche roses were very small, the white roses for the bridesmaids bouquet were peach in colour, the chrysanthemums were losing their petals, the dahlias petals were brown, when I contacted them they said to cut the stems and soak the flowers which I had already done but they never recovered and all the flowers had died after a week. I have sent the company an e mail with pictures but still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed would not recommend this company to anyone.
