Fantastic product, it well crafted and looks beautiful. I was looking for a very unique size and they nailed it.

The boxes arrived pretty quickly, and in perfect condition. They were very well-packaged. They are also very well-constructed. I needed to paint mine to match my siding so I really appreciated the fact that the manufacturer provided information on the exact type of paint I should use. They are a beautiful addition to the new room we are currently building onto our house. Neighbors have stopped by to say how nice they look. I agree!

I own 5 of the white window boxes, and have had them for many years. They are still beautiful and look brand new. I decided to get the self watering set up. Ordering was a breeze, a great price too. They were shipped immediately and in perfect condition.

The first box was damaged in shipment, causing a crack in it. When I notified the company they willingly sent a new one.
It arrived safely and I'm very pleased

The cedar board and batton shutters were were nicely built except the vertical boards lifted off the batton (horizontal) board on a couple shutters. Like they warped. I noticed they only use three screws to attach the horizontal board. I think they would be better off using 6 screws to keep the vertical boards from lifting off.

We had a dented box from delivery and they immediately replaced it. Thanks so much!

I have given your website to a couple of my customers. I love the boxes, but the mounting instructions and mounting material were a little iffy.

Great planters - worth the money in every way!

Easy to work with. When i first ordered my items they were completely transparent about the fact that their shutter machine was tripping up and that may potentially change order delivery times as well as delay the delivery of my window boxes. I appreciated that honesty since that seems to be something that all vendors aren’t necessarily upfront about. In any case, my sales agent gave me the expected timeframe for all 4 of my items (3 window boxes and 1 set of shutters) and mentioned when I could call for an update. I didn’t need to call as they were great about following up through email and my orders shipped before the expected window for shipment. I would strongly recommend working with them.
