Totally Unreliable

Ordered an item last Wednesday that was supposed to be delivered between Saturday and tomorrow. Received no updates or information on delivery. Just received notification that the seller has cancelled the order - apparently they could not get hold of the item. As the item in question was a recently released XBox game I very much doubt the item was not available - suspect the seller could not find it at the price they wanted.

All in all totally unreliable site - I won't be returning.
