Unable to fulfil order

Ordered and paid for an item that was due before Christmas and then received an email saying 'they were unable to fulfil my order', i.e. they didn't have it in stock and failed to mention it on their website. The cancelled order then meant it was too late to re-order the item in time for Christmas.

This is extremely poor

This is extremely poor. On the day in which my order was due for delivery I received an email to tell me the order had been cancelled due to manufacturing reasons.. Furthermore, this is a matter of days before Christmas and has ruined the other gifts that were due to go with this. May I ask why I have only been informed of this now. I have checked my emails, including junk box, and can find no record of any other correspondence. In fact, I emailed you asking for an update of the delivery status!

Item never got delivered, disgusting customer services...

Placed an online order on the 11th December, and received an email on the 12th stating my order had been dispatched and I would receive this between 13-14th December. After trying to make contact via phone this morning 18th December could not get an answer. I left a detailed message online and even sent an email this morning to no response back. I eventually managed to track this on Royal Mail to get a status saying 'sender preparing item' this was on the 12th December after stating this had been dispatched. Clearly this had not been dispatched and now on my account this says they have refunded me. I would never order from here again and would never advise anyone else too. Disgusting customer services...

I'm sorry too you find our customer service disgusting. You first made us aware of an issue at 11:01 today (day of review), you then updated that at 11:03, again at 12:22, before leaving this review at 12:44.

On normal weeks we ask for 2 days to reply to investigate order issues, however we almost always reply on the same working day. On the busiest week of the shopping year however, sometimes we can be a little more stretched.

We dealt with your issue within 2 hours, however during that period I'm sorry to hear you felt like our CS was disgusting.
