Cannot thanks Oscar from fluent money enough! He was so lovely thorough explained everything to me and my partner first time buyers he truly cares for his clients. Communication was amazing! Thank for Fluent Money.

The mortgage advisors really great helped us to assess our case and give the advice to us for making the case completed.

They also strictly monitor our cases and take all necessary actions and response to make the case moving forward with lender and solicitor.

Highly recommend Fluent for your mortgage broker as they serviced with their professional knowledge and efficient manner.

an absolute nightmare

Fluent cost me 3 weeks of my time when I had to chase myself to get an update from the bank, from the solicitor, insurance company etc. I paid for the tickets to London, only to get my ID verification in person, while it was not needed - my digital ID check was already approved by the solicitor. yet my case manager insisted on my definitely needing in person ID verification. Last week I spent on chasing for any update on my case. In the end called the bank myself and got a short, factual answer in 15 minutes.

I am a returnee to Fluent Money so am…

I am a returnee to Fluent Money so am not surprised at the wonderful service they offer. Kaitlyn and Mohammed were very responsive to queries and kept me up to date on all aspects of my re-mortgage. Very professional, cordial and patient. Will be using them the next time i re-mortgage.

I had absolutely fantastic experience with you folks! Ross Manning was our advisor and Joshua Kirkman was our case manager. Both of them were super responsive and got things done very smoothly. Making the process really easy. Highly recommended!

Claire and angel were absolutely…

Claire and angel were absolutely brilliant. They kept me updated on the progress and got the offer very quickly. They were more than happy to talk through the entire process and gave advice what questions I should ask the agent and solicitors as I am a first time buyer. 10/10

Needed a remortgage with tight…

Needed a remortgage with tight timescales for completion. Read the reviews and decided to go with Fluent Money. They have a great App but my interactions with Sam DeBecker, Joe Costello and Josh Kirkman were the icing on the cake. They took responsibility for my application and responded to all my questions promptly. Well done for getting my “bits” sorted in time….

We are first time buyers and Fluent Money found us the best deal at a very quick pace. James and Matthew were fantastic and there communication was great! I couldn’t recommend more. We will definitely be using them again when it comes to the end of our fixed rate.
