Having written off my car yesterday

Having written off my car yesterday. The whole experience dealing with Fulx direct made the dreadful situation almost a pleasure. They acted quickly, efficiently with clear and understanding staff. No drama, no fuss. Highest praise indeed. Thank you. Michael Monro.

i have been with flux direct for a few years and have found them to provide me with a excellent service at a fair price,my transactions with them have been easy and straight forward,i would highly recommend this company.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company, I paid for a years insurance and cancelled after five months as I sold the vehicle, which was a second car. When I contacted Flux Direct to cancel the policy they informed me that I wasn’t due a partial refund as refunds were not in the T’s and C’s and not company policy. I have contacted the insurance ombudsman as I believe that Flux Directs policy is unlawful and fraudulent. Further, I was not made aware of this policy at the point of sale, therefore I have been mis-sold this car policy. Be very very wary of this company 👎

Avoid this company at all cost !

I recently took out a car insurance policy for my son who was starting University in Cardiff. The policy was taken out in September at a cost of £1700 appx for the year . A box was supplied . To date I have paid a large amount of the fee only to have been informed they have cancelled the policy.

They stayed the box was fitted incorrectly to his vehicle. I find this highly suspicious as myself who pays for the policy and my son who is the main driver were receiving several emails in relation to the manner of driving of the vehicle . Some good and some bad.

Then out of the blue they cancelled the policy and have taken a further £200 from my account without my knowledge.

I am recently retired from work and have found this experience extremely disturbing, I suspect some sort of recompense but I highly doubt it as they have been completely unhelpful and very underhanded.

I aim to take the matter further with an investigating body.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

First of all the company renewed my insurance without my permission and gave me a week to cancel it. Hopefully I read the email on time and had some time to think about it and make my own decision. I found better deal in another company than it was renewed. Then I made a call to Flux Direct and explained that I found better deal in another company. The costumer service was ok while the lady was looking a better deal for me. When she found and explained everything for me, she was in a big rush and didn’t give me enough time to think about the deal. I had to make a decision very quick. I felt pressure to choose this company. I decided to accept the deal but I was disappointed that windscreen wasn’t included into the insurance while other companies offered this deal.

Rude staff incompetent firm

Rude staff. Incompetent staff. Promised phone calls that never happen. Always problems with renewals. Mess up direct debits. We have two cars with them. They have until midnight tonight to try and resolve this or I will turn to the press over This ridiculous service

Adrian flux and the 5 star rating

Adrian flux and associated companies have provided me for 3 years the best insurance policy and breakdown cover. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. And anyone not willing to try to give their head a wobble. Customer service all uk based. And breakdown centres use proper local mechanics and garages.

Changed my address ££££££

Changed my address with flux car insurance and because I moved to a new build it cost £87.00 .... for a simple address change that in my eyes is on the steep side. Just as a heads up to others be warned
