Awful

They don’t deserve any stars!
Dont use them. They couldn’t find my car for 2 hours then couldn’t find the keys After 4 hours had to get a train home as I had enough. No one could help. Said they would call me back and never did. Still haven’t heard from them!!
Awful people don’t use them.

Terrible service do not use Been waiting for my car from this company for over an hour now no update and no car

Good news only took 90 minutes to come
Company is full of liars have a tracker on the car the accessed the car 10 minutes before it arrive

Took 15 minutes to deliver it when they got to it I have evidence

Absolutely awful liars

Things are much better these days

Things are much better these days. Glad to see new ownership. On these hot summer months the air conditioning needs to be working in the pick up vehicles. It makes for a miserable ride back from the airport in the heat.

Quick friendly and on time

Quick friendly and on time! I loved that they were waiting on us this time! We were exhausted and so ready to get to our car. They knew when we would be arriving and were already there when we came out. That was a big help!

I HIGHLY recommend Fly Away!

I’ve been a Fly Away customer for over 20 years….the service is consistently prompt, pleasant, efficient, and cautious!!

So seamless and easy to make a reservation and have everything taken care of!!

I will continue to support this business…and I highly recommend Fly Away.

Terrible overall

Terrible overall.
*Delivered the car after 1h 25min wait
*Drained the battery (car got serviced the day before dropping it off with them) so had to jump start it
* Customer service not fit for the UK (rude, didn't pick up, some barely spoke english, hungup on me twice).
* avoid like the pleague.

Custom Service

This review is soley about the Customer Service I have experienced from talking with the staff at Fly Away Parking. Their client, Jonathan McGuire, gace them an incorrect email address, mine. I have told thm multiple times to stop sending me email receipts and their business related spam, yet I keep receiving unwanted emails in my personal account. I suspect the employees just don't care, no matter how nice they are when on the phone. If you have any problems, expect no help. I certainly haven't gotten any.

Poor Customer Service

The employee who took my car was very rude and insensitive. She made comments about the condition of my car. The car is my daughters car and she was right next to me. Very awkward and offensive. The service by the rest of the staff was fine. I emailed and contacted the location and have not heard from anyone about the incident.

Not the greatest experience.

This was the first time I parked my car somewhere that I had to leave my keys, and I didn't realize it when I booked. When I got there the woman that checked me in came outside. I tried to ask some questions and fins out exactly what I needed to do when I came back to get my car. She was very rude and treated me like I was stupid for asking and got an attitude when I asked her to elaborate on a few things. I was so upset I considered leaving and going somewhere else, but I had to make my flight on time. All in all my car was waiting when I got back and there were no additional issues, but the rudeness was just too much for me.

Love this place!!!

It's so easy to drop your vehicle off and jump on the shuttle which delivers you to the most convenient entry to your airline. On the return trip you are picked up and taken to your car that has been delivered to the front and pre-chilled on a hot day. We also asked for the truck to be cleaned inside and out. We could not have found a better auto care specialist who did an amazing job cleaning a mess of a truck. Thank you all so much.
