Gatwick Airport Parking is the official car parking provider of London Gatwick Airport. This means that they’re the only company whose car parks are located onsite, which, in turn, means that you can park closer to the terminals than you can with any other provider. Whether you’re travelling from Gatwick’s North Terminal or South Terminal, you’ll be able to choose from a whole range of parking options – both terminals have short stay and long stay car parks, plus premium spaces and valet services.

The whole experience was straight forward and easy will definitely use it again
Easy to book, clear details of cost, location of the car park and what to do if the plane is delayed. Also opportunities listed to book things I didn't know about like fast track security, passport and lounges
Valet parking is so quick & easy
So close to departure area
Charging an additional fee for corporate cards is a rip off
Efficient, very easy. Booking was straightforward and shuttle busses were frequent and reliable.
Really helpful staff.
Speedy response when arriving and departing.
No hassle.
Would thoroughly recommend
Dont not use VIP parking, its absolutely shocking, the signage isn't very clear to follow, if you go the wrong way you get fined £100 as Gatwick doesn't own the drop-off zone. You have to drive up a very tight winding ramp and queue at the top, before your car is finally dropped off and collected. Furthermore you are in exactly the same carpark as everyone else at half the price.
When you ring customer services as nice and understanding as they are, its a complete waste of time as they cannot help you.
Terrible experience trying to negotiate a change. Then they charge a fee of £50 for an extra day parking. I had paid £109 in April for 7 days parking. Disgusting . I need to use this valet parking as it close to the terminal for my friend who has mobility issues.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUNGE!!
Barely any food options on offer, if you have ANY intolerance/allergies STAY AWAY! None of the hot food was dairy free so I requested some eggs as I’m lactose intolerant, the chef told me no they can’t make any eggs - after practically begging for some food he brought out a single, basically raw egg on a plate. An absolute insult, and joke.
The worst experience I have ever had and would not recommend anyone go here. Even if paid to be there.
Front desk staff were very nice though
After leaving a 1-star review, I called Gatwick Airport Parking and spoke to Chloe. She handled my complaint calmly, efficiently, and with incredible professionalism. She completely disarmed me and gently pointed out that the mistake was actually on my end. Excellent customer service skills! — Ed

We always use the long stay Gatwick parking when leaving our car at the airport. Really easy to book, reasonable price and great that you can take your keys with you, buses frequent and never have to wait to long when going to the airport and returning from your flight.

This really took the headache and price out of airport transfers. The process was so simple straight forward and easy. Park up, hand in keys, shuttle bus to airport. All super quick and easy. Return was also just as simple. My car battery had gone having not been started in a while whilst we were gone. I spoke to one of the friendly staff who was parking a vehicle, he went and got someone to bring a jump pack straight away and help to jump start the vehicle and we were off again. Personally thought £90 for a week was a fair price considering free direct shuttle to the airport.
Would definitely recommend.

Value for money, easy parking and 5 minutes walk to and fro from the terminal. Also peace of mind that your vehicle is safe and would not be driven if with private parking. Didn't have to wait to collect my car, walked straight to where I parked.

Easy to use website, parking is well sign posted from the road, easy to park and never wait long for a bus to take you to the terminal

Beware if you miss the turning for Valet Parking, you end up going through the drop off zone and receive a £100 fine. You can appeal but what a performance!!
Apart from that very good service.
