Choosing Gatwick "Holiday Parking" is a great option if you've ever returned but lost or forgotten where your keys are!
Overall, this represents excellent value for a secure, onsite parking option.
From the point of arrival to collection the staff are courteous and friendly and the airport shuttle conveniently collects and drops off from right outside the office. Highly recommended.

Bus driver didn't stop at designated stop and had to alight a barrier, driver extremely rude

I have used this carpark many times and have always been totslly satisfied with the whole experience.
Easy entry and exit set up, good parking bays, easy to book on line and value fir money.
I will be booking again for the 9th of June 2026 (Next month)

Short stay parking takes all the hassle out of transfer busses. Short walk to and from terminal. Not really that more expensive.
Only thing is ramps are a bit tight for larger cars.

I like the location of the long term car park as it WAS a 10 minute walk to the Hilton Hotel... Now, you are not allowed to walk through the car park, apparently!! Waiting for a bus takes a fair while compaired to a 10 minute walk..
The bus that took us from the South Terminal back to our parked car was like an oven!! (23/05/2026) No air conditioning at all it seemed. It came to a point where my wife was feeling unwell due to the heat inside the bus, so we got off in order to walk to our car, but thats not allowed..!!??!! Please sort out the buses and make them cooler and safe to use!!

Very good experience parking with these guys, a few steps and we were in the terminal. On our return, very easy pick up few more steps then we’re back in the car..
I chose the additional valet, which I found they did an extremely good job. The valet guy needs a raise.

Easy to follow instruction. Only issue was the format needed for the mobile phone number and the need to drop the + from the UK code +44, otherwise perfect!

I've always use Gatwick parking and it's great. This time we upgraded to 1st lounge and priority security and passport check on return. Cost about £100. DO NOT BOTHER. 1st lounge is ok if you want to get drunk on fizz but the whole experience including the food was nothing special , the hot breakfast was possibly the cheapest catering packs they could buy. The security fast lane was no different in time to normal security and on return the priority passport was longer than the normal passport check. So for the money definitely for us not worth it. Spend your money at Weatherspoons :)

I was very impressed with my experience. The information given before booking was easy to understand and the pre arrival information made it easy to follow and find the parking area. We didn’t have to wait too long at the barriers either

It was easy to book online and the different options for parking clear to choose from.
We booked Short stay and it was so convenient being close to terminal took minutes to park and unload to being in departures.
It was fantastic not worrying about tickets and paying when arriving or leaving as pre-payed. Barrier up in seconds after reading our plate.
Lots of great discounts offered to save money too.

Very convenient to the airport ,just a few minutes bus ride

We find the South Long stay carpark better than the North. The only thing I would mention is that when you arrive at 4am it is not always obvious where to go. We found it difficult to to find a space in D area yet once on the bus a lot of other Zones were virtually empty.

Always a lovely welcome at the drop off. Have never had a problem and been using valet parking for years.

Excellent coach driver on way back to car from airport . He was jovial and nothing was too much trouble unlike Purple Parking staff
