I would never use this company again as they damaged my car on collection and refuse to acknowledge it.

Definitely the way forward. Easy parking in short stay car park so close to the terminal. Lots of information to make the process straightforward. Dropped car with friendly staff and picked up keys on return. Couldn't have been better.

Excellent service from departure on the 3rd July to arrival back at Gatwick on the 13th July.

quick pick up both ways. Just missed the bus on return but the wait was no longer than 10 minutes at about midnight.

I pre paid for parking but was charged three times as much as I had already paid to exit the car park. Two weeks after requesting a refund I am still without any update on when this will be paid. Shocking customer service.

Easy to book. Worked out about £15 per day to park. Regular shuttle service from car park to terminal.

Dead easy to book and to get to terminal whilst safe in the knowledge that I knew where my car was and I had the keys.

I use this parking many times a year and generally have no issues. On my last trip we had a delayed flight which subsequently had to make an emergency landing at Lyon airport for a medical emergency, meaning we returned about 2 1/2 hours late. All of this obviously was out of my control. To get a £60 overstay charge is absolutely ridiculous, ( far more than a full days parking fee ) I assumed when I called them and explained the situation the charge would be removed, especially seeing as they ask for your flight details when you make the booking so they can see the situation. This was not the case and it appears that they use peoples misfortune as a means to charge an excessive fee. There is no way to avoid this scam. Beware!

Really easy to book and find. Good value and also undercover in some sections, with a regular courtesy bus to terminals. Will definitely use again!

Everything went well on the outward bound trip, it was the return that was a bit confusing because all the signs for the buses inside the terminal came out on the lower level at Gatwick south terminal, when the bus for the London Gatwick parking is on the higher level unless we missed the sign's at 2 am

Summer special (Holiday Parking) is great value and very convenient. Much more so than Long stay.

We have used Gatwick Holiday Parking twice within the past month and found it to be very good on both occasions.
Whilst it’s not the cheapest a do punt code given to me after my first booking made the second stay very competitive. Perhaps a good incentive to encourage existing customers to return.
Overall pretty convenient and the buses run regularly between the terminal and car park.

Great service very easy to access the parking at a reasonable price. Would definitely use Official Gatwick Airport Parking again

Used Mid Stay car park. Actually car park and location to terminal are excellent. However, the lack of signposting to get there is shocking.
