Fly Away Airport Parking 

The entire experianece was great. The staff/shuttle was ready to ferry us to the airport as soon as we arrived. and when we got back, it was only a short wait for the shuttle to pick us up. When we arrived at the Fly Away lot, our cars were ready with the A/C cooling the cars off making it bearable to get in and head for home.

Waited too long to be picked up at Fly Away to go to airport when leaving. Did get picked up promptly from airport when returning however when got back to Fly Away noticed my vehicle being slowly driven around lot. each row. I waited for almost 10 minutes in 95 degree heat and finally had to flag my own vehicle down. Ridiculous!! Went inside to pay because card on file had expired(no problem)and there was someone in lobby waiting cause you couldn't find their car!! Terrible experience.

I have used and recommended to my friends Fly Away. My only complaint was the lack of information as to where to go to get the shuttle back to Fly Away. Myself and 4-6 other people were in the wrong parking garage, and I had to call to figure out where to go. Find away to inform customers of this procedure in advance of landing. Thanks everything else was great as usual.

I always use Fly AWay when I have to fly in and out of the Nashville airport. They are the best!!!!!

Our experience with Fly Away was very good on the departure. The location is about two miles from the airport. We were running late and got lucky, because a shuttle came in right after we got there. I would recommend allowing 20-30 minutes for parking here, so you don’t get behind.
On the return, we had trouble finding the pick up location, and it was very frustrating. Fly Away should give out a short instruction sheet, for those who haven’t used their service before. The instructions on the ticket don't match the signs in the airport. The airport was under construction, but all the more reason to clarify where to go. The pick up location is on the lowest level of the airport, not where most people are getting picked up. Then you have to walk across to the bottom level of the parking garage, where there are pick ups for hotels and taxis. The waiting area for Fly Away is in the very middle of the garage, and has a glass enclosure. It says Area 1 on the top of the enclosure. Not the sign sign that says A1 when you first walk in. All of this was not self explanatory! We had to call them twice, because we were waiting upstairs first, then we couldn’t find Area 1 in the middle of the garage.
Overall, it would have been a much better experience, if we had clear instructions on finding the pick up location. It’s simple once you’ve done it, but I would recommend detailed instructions for those who haven’t been there before.

The shuttle drivers are very friendly but they could use more with wait times from BNA are upwards of 25 min. I paid for a wash and wax and the job was fantastic and worth the money. It’s been extremely hot and they had my car ready and cooling off when I got there. I would say they need to add the scanners at drop off to use for those that book on the website. This avoids the frustration of repeating everything you booked on line.

Used covered parking option due to excessive heat. Able to do split billing. Appreciate the staff!

The attendant at the facility was not friendly and almost rude and the driver from the airport was not very welcoming or friendly either

Terrible company. Waited 25 minutes on a shuttle. The Parking Spot had 3 shuttles in the time I waited for 1 fly away shuttle. Shuttle driver never loaded or unloaded my luggage at to or from the airport, then had his hand out like he expected a tip. Same driver for both shuttle rides.
This has been typical of every experience I’ve had in the last two years. They won’t receive another dime from me.

Took way too long to be picked up. When trying to call it went to Voicemail.

Good job getting us to the airport. Picking us up was another story. However, we had to wait 40 minutes to get picked up after 1am! When the driver finally arrived he told us that the reason he took so long was they were having car trouble with another vehicle. When we arrived at the Fly Away station to get our car the attendant told us that they had to "jump off" another car and they didn't hear the notification that we needed a pick up. NOT MY PROBLEM!!! We had a reservation for pick up. We won't use Fly Away again if this is the way they treat their customers!

Quick in an out transportation to the airport. Loved being able to pay online. Friendly employees. Will recommend to friends.

I have tried several off-site and always came back here. Great price and service. Close to the airport and prompt. This is the place forget the rest

Good overall experience, but way too expensive. 2 out of the last 3 times i have had to park my car for 3-6 days I have chosen another place to park for half the cost. As much as I prefer Fly Away I won't be back until your prices go down.

I've been flying for 40yrs and this is the best place to park I've found. Very close to the airport. Courteous drivers who are happy to help. The car is ready when I get there. Lower costs than most alternatives. I love it.

Excellent service start to finish. Drop off your car at the lot, they transport you to the airport, they transport you back to the lot after your return flight. The entire process is professionally done with no concerns. You can also choose to have your car washed or vacuumed while you are gone for an additional fee. The daily prices for your car are very reasonable.
