This is the awful airlines I have ever…

This is the awful airlines I have ever had, we were waiting the flight which was delayed several times. We received messages from the flair airlines about the flight delays however there's no notification that they changed the gate. We were waiting at the gate b23 and they changed the gate to b39 which is located at another end of terminal. There was no any announcements about gate change and we didn't receive any email or message from the airlines.

Finally their support is just a useless issue. Even though when we get back to them next day explaining the situation they didn't want to have a sh..t about it they just ignored us. We wanted to claim reimbursement for the hotel we paid they refused to even understand our situation.

I will never fly this airlines ever.

Very bad experience with Flair…

Very bad experience with Flair Airlines.

They were extremely strict about baggage. I had flown four international flights, all booked at the same time, with the same laptop backpack and carry-on bag, and no other airline had any issue. However, Flair forced me to pay and even made me remove some items from my backpack and leave them behind.

When I explained that my bank account was temporarily blocked due to issues I had in Europe, they made me leave my carry-on bag (which weighed less than 6 kg) with all my clothes at the airport, and I had to board the plane without it. This was very stressful and completely unacceptable.

In addition, I had a small gift bag from Amsterdam containing cookies and chocolate, and they told me I had to pay extra for it or I would not be allowed to bring it on board. After a long discussion and speaking with the manager, they finally allowed me to take it with me.

They were also very aggressive even about my small laptop bag. The flight was delayed 30 minutes, there were no charging ports on the plane, and the aircraft smelled very bad, like a bathroom.

I understand that budget airlines charge extra fees, but this level of treatment is unprofessional. I will not fly with Flair Airlines again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Worst airline on the planet

Booked 2 tickets for my wife and myself and they seated us a opposite ends of aircraft, when I asked if we could sit together after checking to see over 20 empty seats they said we would need to pay extra, what a scam. They also made us pay over $200 for 2 small backpacks, more than the price of the tickets.... Zero service, will NEVER fly this airline again and I fly often.

Bad customer service and cheating

I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience I encountered during boarding Flair at Las Vegas Airport.

At the check-in counter, the agent had already reviewed my carry-on and issued the appropriate tag, confirming that my baggage complied with Flair’s policy. However, at the boarding gate, a different staff member deliberately stopped me, took my passport, and used it as leverage while demanding additional payment for a small backpack that clearly met carry-on requirements.

The manner in which this was handled was inappropriate, intimidating, and unacceptable. Holding a passenger’s passport while pressuring them for payment is not only unprofessional but raises serious concerns about abuse of authority and discriminatory treatment. The targeting appeared selective and left me feeling singled out and disrespected.

This experience was humiliating and has completely undermined my trust in Flair Airlines. I expect fair, consistent, and respectful treatment from airline staff, not coercive behavior at the gate.

As a result of this incident, I will not fly with Flair again and will strongly advise my family and associates to avoid this airline. I urge Flair to investigate this matter seriously and reconsider its staffing, training, and oversight at boarding gates—particularly at Las Vegas Airport.

This incident reflects poorly on Flair brand and should not be tolerated.

Never fly Flair again

Never fly Flair again. They rob you at the gate and on the plane. At the gate they will make you pay for carrying a standard back bag or anything bigger than a lady’s hand bag. On the plane they won’t even serve water. Nasty and shameless. How could such an airline be allowed to operate in Canada and the US? Cheap basters.

Worst airline to travel with in North…

Worst airline to travel with in North America. Really travelled from Vancouver to Toronto. Staff is unprofessional. Simply, they will tell you at the gate either pay or we will will leave you. They will not listen your perspective on staff. They are cash grab. Worst service ever.

Terrible Experience with Flair Airlines - Avoid at All Costs

Terrible Experience with Flair Airlines—Avoid at All Costs

My experience with Flair Airlines has been an absolute nightmare. After booking our flights months in advance, Flair cancelled them due to route changes, leaving us scrambling to rebook elsewhere.

I contacted Flair over 15 times via email, more than 20 times by phone, and multiple times on Facebook chat. Despite being consistently polite and professional, Flair’s customer service was shockingly unresponsive. They hung up on me, ignored my calls, and provided conflicting information at every turn. I talked to Dan, Chris, and Diaz; I have all the names.

The most infuriating part is that after repeatedly confirming with Flair’s agent, Zoe, that we would receive a refund, including verifying our credit card details and confirming multiple times over the phone, we were ultimately told we would not get a refund. Instead, we were offered credits with confusing and inconsistent dates. This is a blatant disregard for customer trust and transparency.

In the end the entire process has been a massive waste of time and money.

I strongly advise anyone considering Flair Airlines to steer clear. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

Worst Airline ever

Refused to let me board because the gate checker felt disrespected by me when i challenged their luggage checker. I was cleared upon check in and got the tag but the woman accused the tag of being old . I assured her I received it upon check in. She ordered me to check with the bag sizer.A little piece was hanging out as I couldnt get it in the same way as before and I was told I'de have to pay $107. Even said i couldnt have my book in my jacket pocket . No customer service to take complaints . No refunds or rebooking . Exploitation of luggage fees. Scam airline.
Never use them again. Spend a little and get a better airline.

Unprofessional liars and waste of time.

Flight was delayed almost 3 hours. They rushed everyone to make it just within 3 hours so they are not required to pay everyone $125 delayed fee. On their website it said you can get a snack/drink and submit for reimbursement. I did this and submitted for a $32 reimbursement between 2 people. They said they couldn't find my reservation/email and asked me to resubmit. I double checked and it was correct. Now they have ghosted me. Very unprofessional and not willing to help. If they did not want to reimburse, why say there is such a thing on their website? Wasted my time.

Scam company

Scam company.

Flight was delayed 6 hours and then cancelled between Fort Lauderdale and Toronto. No communication the staff didn’t know what was going on. We were told Flair would be covering out of pocket expenses over night and the flight got rebooked the next day.

It’s been 3 weeks and they continue to ignore any reimbursement request for the hotel stay I had to incur. They’re a complete scam.

Do yourself a big favor and don’t risk flying with them. Flights get delayed, things happen, but how you show up for your customers in those moments is what matters. They will leave you stranded and it will cost you.

DO NOT fly with Flair

DO NOT fly with Flair. I used them once and they treated passengers terribly and my bad I gave them a second chance but NEVER AGAIN. The gate check in team were absolutely the worst. Our plane was half full and they separated everyone who did not purchase a seat. I sat next to a lady in the 10th row and both her and my husband were in row 30. My husband was charged $106 for bringing his Ipad.

Charged $350 to Fix a Booking Error Made Minutes Earlier

My wife accidentally booked the wrong date and we contacted Flair within minutes to correct it. We spoke directly with Flair, but were told there’s nothing they can do and that we must pay an additional $350 just to change the date.

Very disappointing lack of flexibility and customer service for an honest mistake caught immediately after booking. Hoping Flair can review this and resolve it fairly.

Luggage left at airport with a charge for storage

A very dear family member is in his final days, his daughter‑in‑law rushed to fly here with her two young daughters to say goodbye, packing quickly, catching an early morning bus in the snow and cold, missing the first one, and arriving at the Ontario airport just in time to board. Despite the urgency and her explaining that her father‑in‑law was dying, Flair Airlines refused to take their single suitcase because she wasn’t early enough for their baggage cutoff, offering no compassion, no option to gate‑check it, and no offer to send it on the next flight—only telling her to book another flight. She had to board with two little girls and no luggage, and Flair is now charging her $25 per day to store the suitcase. There is no way to tell how long she will need to store the suitcase with the bill getting higher each day.
The children did get to hug their grandpa one more time. If she had rescheduled to another flight, they would have missed that opportunity. Flair did not seem to see that this was a very sensitive situation that would have no second chance.

The worst flight I've ever been on

The worst flight I've ever been on. I went from Vancouver to Toronto and back by Flair airlines. Our list or bad experiences started right when we entered the airport and went to check in our luggage. The staff is so rude. The lady at the check in counter looked at us with some sort of hatred. She never greeted us. The only thing she kept insisting on was to fit our luggage in their luggage size checking machine. This is a low cost carrier but they don't want to miss a single opportunity where they can get more money from you. Oh, since we had our baby in stroller, I asked their staff if they have priority check in, to which the guy simply replied "we don't offer that".
These are bad people who don't know a single thing about customer service. the flight attendants were rude and were so frustrated doing their jobs. I know these people don't get affected by bad reviews and they are not going to do anything about them.
This was my first and definitely the last time flying with flair.

This airline sucks and they lie

This airline sucks. Delayed 2 hrs, no $60 VOUCHER as they advertise. Then delayed again and they issued a $7 credit for snack. This airline is bs. Take the voucher guarentee down.

Tricky checkout experience

I do like their prices and dont mind their planes... but their checkout is terrible. feels like a trap.
In my experience, they dont show my middle name on the final screen, they dont let your corroborate all of the information, they dont let you go back or you have to restart all of the process... this already cost me $100 bucks so... they probably do this to allow customer to make mistakes and to pay the price after all.
