OMG! My Fly Flots smell like I waded through a river of cat urine!!! And nothing I do makes that smell go away, not even soaking them in bleach! I thought I was crazy until I came here and started seeing some of the exact same issues and everybody uses the same description, "Cat Urine", and I don't even own a cat!

Lovely quality shoes, well fitting and light, perfect for my Mom who has mobility issues and delivered on time.

I gave 5 stars on the basis that your product is excellent in terms of durability and comfort. I have been buying your product for years now,

The only drawback is that is now much more difficult to locate on the internet than it used to be and I don't know why that should be.

Thus is more about fit of flyflot, my feet are swollen so they don't fit as they should. Was hoping they would as love flyflots, but sadly they don't love my feet back.

The price of the shoes changes when you click on it. Besides this, there are Extra charges at time of delivery with no explanation or customs receipt.

I bought a pair of Navy bungee sandals but after wearing them a few times they got a really bad smell like cat pee. I took them back to the shop and was refunded.
I saw another pair this year and thought it was probably a one off so bought them. After a couple of wears exactly the same thing happened they gave off a horrible smell. I can’t take them back as I have no receipt but it is definitely a problem that needs addressing as they aren’t cheap and can’t afford to just throw them away but can’t wear them. 🤷‍♀️

I bought these shoes last year, due to illness didn't get to wear them except in doors. In June I began wearing them briefly outside, and kept sniffing the smell of urine, but two weeks ago, they got slightly wetter, and the smell just got stronger, unfortunate as on holiday and I was breathing in the fumes each night which resulted in a sore larnyx, tight chest. The shop said to contact customer services, as the smell permeates the house, and nothing I've tried removes that. If you have recently bought these take them back before this happens to you. And, the Trading Standards Office do need to know about this as toxic fumes can be highly dangerous to vulnerable people. Photo of sandals, barely worn available.

I bought Fly Flot toe post sandals for a summer holiday and was so impressed with their comfort and style that I bought another two pairs in different colours. I absolutely love them.

I had yellow mule ones, loved them, very comfy, but a few months later I felt the need to wash them. I'm human and I do sweat, even though I use foot deodorant. The insoles were not detachable, so I wiped them with baby wipes and then a clean wet cloth. They started to smell of urine (!). I decided to soak them with a strong-smelling laundry detergent capsule, and then wash them in the washing machine. They didn't lose their shape, but they started smelling as if a pack of wolves marked them as their territory for a month. When I chucked them away, the whole room was smelling of urine, even though the lid was closed. I have a lot of questions, and the most important is, WHY?
Basically, they lasted for a few months.

Great product. Good delivery. Would use this company again.

Just received my Gold FLY37049 sandals, ordered on line as out of stock in my size at the local Pavers shop. I'm delighted with my purchase, great quality, great fit. I'm a 6.5, the size 7's were massive but the size 6 (39) fit perfect.

No problems with delivery, good quality slippers. Small for the size- I knew this already so went for a size larger than my actual size and they are just right.

HI ALL. the reason being .a member of staff accepted my return of goods and he would raise a refund i disposed of tracking number. when contacted later what was happening they wanted the tracking number again which now i have not got so they are refusing to give me a credit. i have several items of paver's but no more

Gorgeous comfortable mules. Bought these for the first time from flyflot about 2 weeks ago and have Bern wearing them everyday because they are so comfortable. Sadly I have just had to throw them in the bin because they smell like cats wee. I have read about other shoes smelling like this and it's when the polyurethanes brake down and the shoes get wet. I have used freshers, talc and rubbed the inside with cleaners, nothing has worked to get rid of the smell.

Flyflot please read my review, it says that I threw them in the bin, they stunk my flat out so I can't send them back.
I wanted to let you know what had happened. I'm not after anything from you. Because of your response I can see the way your company works and won't be buying any more of your shoes.

They went to a lot of trouble to locate a store that had the slippers in stock that I ordered.

i have bought several pairs of fly flots in the past. this latest pair are not fly flots but an imitation, the leather is to hard and the soles are defineatly not even a good imitation of softness and comfort of a genuine fly flot..so never again

Sent sandals back they didn't look like the website photo. I tried to convince myself there comfortable nice and I would keep them. But a wise friend said it's no good keeping what you don't like so I sent them back
