The slippers were never received and customer service replied to my queries with canned responses that did not recognize that the delivery company has not brought the goods even though that is clear on the tracking notice.

Very easy company use on the internet.
Product i purchased was not a good fit due to the style of the new sandal. I returned the product and received a refund. A different sandal was ordered and I am very satisfied. Thanks Flyflot.

Misleading size chart!
Nothing wrong with the quality of the product but the sizing chart you use is misleading.
The ‘size 9’ I ordered was clearly a ‘size 8’ - luckily I was able to give them to my sister rather than return them.

Sandal soles disintegrating
My lovely and comfortable fly flot sandals have the soles disintegrating. The uppers are still perfect but first I've noticed the grey circle came off and the next day the soles are coming apart. My last pair didnt have this happen. I'm really disappointed as not sure they can be replaced due to the moulded design. Not very sustainable!

Disappointed with non delivery
I ordered three items one of which had to be located from a different branch was delivered quickly but the other two did not appear. After ten days I emailed Flyflot but got no reply, two days later I telephone them to be told that the order must have gone missing. I am now waitng for one pair of slippers to be delivered as the other was now out of stock. Very disappointed.
Update - after my telephone call on Friday I have received my slippers to-day 13 June original order was dated 26 May. Will now look forward to wearing them.

Too small
The shoes looked amazing. Unfortunately they were very small. I ordered a 4 which did not fit. Even my mum who us a 2.5 could not get them on. Was unable to order a larger.
