Wrong item sent

Wrong item sent but was in correct box.Obviously didn’t check the box before sending out.I ordered boots and received a slip on sandal.

They are too loose

Slippers

Delivery took 1.5 weeks

Delivery took 1.5 weeks. Did not receive notification of when delivery would be. Paid £22.99 + postage and arrived in correctly labelled box which was priced at £16.99!

Couldn't supply my order

Parcel still hasn’t arrived

Parcel still hasn’t arrived. If it hasn’t come for Christmas I will want my money back. I paid for p/p. I’ve had things delivered from other suppliers that were ordered way after I ordered yours & they have arrived & p/p was free. I am not impressed. It is typical that after writing this review that the item arrived today. I have ordered Flyflot before & not had a problem. Flyflot is the only footwear that the wife wears as they are so comfortable & hardwearing. They last her at least 3 times longer than other brands of footwear.

Pavers

After placing my order for two pairs of shoes (both showing as in stock on website) I was informed that one pair was out of stock and I would receive a refund within a few days, then the other pair was not delivered. I contacted your company several times only to receive a standard response. After 1 month I have neither received any shoes or a full refund, very poor customer service.
