Dissaster never use this company, I think it is a scam.
I sent the papers to them in June 2022, and I haven’t heard anything back, except when I am sending them e-mails asking my case. They are claiming they have sent everything to KLM but that KLM is not answering. They claim to be professional, but my mates, which sent their claim directly to KLM, got their money months ago. I think it is a scam and they keep the money for them self. I will write a claim to KLM and see what they answer, and if they claim to have sent the money it will be confirmed.

Voucher never functioned
You did a great job ( to claim money back from a flight which had to be canceled during the first corona wave, for which a voucher was given which never functioned)! Unfortunately the reimbursement took long due to the slowness of the legal system, which wasn’t your fault.

Unfortunately, it does typically take a very long time to retrieve compensation in cases that need to go through the Transport Authority or court.
