I had a breast reduction done with flyhealth and it was the best decision I made. I was so nervous to begin with but that soon went when I met everyone. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Everything went smoothly and better than I planned. My surgeon was so lovely and so was her team. I was told what was going happen step by step. Would definitely recommend.

I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring on line I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI.
Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful.
Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring.
I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes.
Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go to with questions.
I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy.

Coming from the UK to Turkey for surgery was such a daunting experience. I was really worried. I booked in for a full tummy tuck, breast implants and uplift. However, upon arriving I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Flyhealth was recommended to me by a friend so after some research, I decided to go for it. I am so unbelievably happy that I did. Anil put my mind at ease from the minute that I met him. My surgeon, Dr banu aksoy was unreal and she has done an amazing job. The staff at the hospital were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. I am home now and healing extemely well. I cannot thank flyhealth enough for making my experience what it was. Even though I was a big cry baby, they was nothing short of perfect. Thank you again to all involved.

The entire experience from arriving in Istanbul to departure from Istanbul was completely hassle free. The doctor was a highly skilled plastic surgeon, and her staff was very caring and very professional. FlyHealth made all the arrangements and ensured there was excellent communication between all the parties. They would check on my progress on a daily basis to see if I was doing OK and if I had any questions or concerns. Throughout the entire trip, I felt like I was in very good hands. I would highly recommend FlyHealth.

I flew over to Turkey with flhealth in December for a gastric bypass for acid reflux . I was met at the airport by the transfer and taken to the hotel then picked up and taken for tests they were so thorough the next day I met my surgeon he was lovely and had my operation the surgeon was hands on he came to see me and asked how I was doing muilti times . My English speaking coordinator was beyond perfect he couldn't have done more this company is a 5 star from me

My experience was amazing! From scheduling my procedures from the USA to arriving at airport. To getting to the hospital and back to hotel, every part of my trip i was taken care of!
My point of contact was always there to answer questions/ get me answers from the Dr in a quick and timely manner.
All transportation was safe and efficient during my entire time (stayed a Week after procedures)
Hospital stay was great, nurses took great care of me and they provided sleeping area for my son who came with me.
Hotel was great! Room service was amazing!
All in all my experience was great! Would recommend fly health and the dr’s to anyone looking to get any procedure done

From start to finish, Flyhealth made my journey through surgery run very smoothly.
Literally everything was done for us. We were met at the airport and transferred to our hotel. Hotel and staff excellent by the way. Our translator Anil, ensured that the transport was arranged to the hospital and stayed with us whilst my health checks were done. This process ran both quickly and smoothly. Anil sorted the financial aspect also.
The hospital staff were fantastic, there for you the whole time ensuring comfort whenever needed. My partner was allowed to stay with me for the duration of the hospital stay.
My surgeon, Dr Umut and his wonderful nursing team were superb. Everything was explained in detail to me. From what to expect from my surgery and my recovery.

Absolutely amazing service form FlyHealth from start to finish. From the hospital, hotel and transport. It was all smooth and everyone was so accommodating and polite. Made me feel so very safe and comfortable. I would recommend FlyHeath to anyone interested. I had tummy tuck with liposuction to mid section.

I used FlyHealth for my Nose Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty operation in Istanbul, Turkey. My experience from the very beginning was very positive and the team were always there if had I any questions or queries. The operation itself went really well and I am so happy with the end result, my only regret is that I did not get this operation done sooner!

The surgeon and the hospital staff were amazing and so helpful, not to mention the translator (Anil) who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire time in Turkey

I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction 3 years ago, and have booked to go back for a thigh lift Dec. FLY HEALTH is thr best. Friendly, supportive. Great communication, thr best surgeons. And competitive proces considering yhr service you receive.

I booked my package with flyhealth, and had a fantastic experience throughout from the airport transfer, to surgery day, transfers back to hotel and to the clinic, and fly health were constantly on the end of the phone if I needed anything.
The car you got picked up with for transfers were luxury with recliner chairs and pretty LED lights.
I would definitely recommend fly health.

I honestly cannot fault my experience one bit. All the way from my original enquiry about breast surgery, to booking, to flying over from the UK to having my surgery, every part of the experience has been incredible. The service has been 10/10, I haven't had a single worry about transfers from hotel to hospital, all of my concernes and questions have been answered honestly and I have been in great hands the whole way through. I was quite anxious and apprehensive to begin with, but I was able to bring my partner along with me who was able to stay by my side every step of the way. We were placed in an amazing and friendly hotel, transport too and from the hospital was organsed for us, any medication and dressings was catered for and the hospital visit its self was better than any other I've seen elsewhere. This was my first ever surgery and from this experience alone, not only am I considering coming back for another treatment in the future, but I will also be recommending it to everybody who is considering surgery. If you are someone who is thinking of surgery, I highly recommend looking into your options and viewing flyhealth as a strong competitor, I cannot fault a single thing and I'm so grateful to each and every person involved in my journey.

My agent rep/translator was in contact before I even landed in Turkey. He was either with me or at the end of the phone till the moment I was leaving Istanbul. His support was constant and nothing was too much trouble…… massive shout out to Anil.

Every member of the nursing / doctor & surgeon team were kind and thorough. The language barrier was never an issue.

My surgeon ‘The Bora’ is as great man. I saw him several times a day. He would pop in to check on me. Pre op he put my anxieties at ease.

I honestly can’t fault any part of the process.
