So sick and tired of this
I used it and ended up canceling my tickets in less than 24 hours. Had to wait a whole month for a refund. Then the gave me my money back now they’re saying I owe the money back. The whole issue was I paid everything off before they even gave me my money back. Now I have to pay again? I’m tired of only emailing. The help sucks. There’s no phone to call. No actual person to talk to. I’m not paying again for a service that never ended up being used.

BLACK LISTED FOR NO REASON
I paid off all instalments and even got a letter to say it was all paid and finished.
This was 3 years ago, I have then recently tried to apply for a mortgage and have had to do a credit check on experion. fly now pay later have put on there that I still owe them money. I can not get the number to speak to them to resolve this directly. I have tried ringing and emailing for two weeks and still no contact this is beyond a joke

I finally get to see my family..

Unnecessary hold of money!
The concept is great but more investment is needed with their IT and app platform! Twice now they’ve charged my card for the 10% upfront deposit payment but then their system timed out and there was an error producing my virtual payment card. The charge on my card is only a pre-auth but it takes 10days to drop off with my bank. Not very helpful and not nice having your money kept from you for a little while.
Attempted to contact customer services asking to urgently assist but it took them 10 days to respond. I already had my money back by that point but I needed it earlier. Again, not very helpful!
