Excellent Experience

Excellent Experience – Truly Supportive and Professional

I had an excellent experience with FlyPearl Premium Health Travel Agency. From airport pickup with a beautiful bunch of flowers to VIP-level care throughout my stay, everything was perfectly organized. My sister and I were taken to a first-class massage salon, and Ms. Lyly kindly waited for us, which was very thoughtful.

I had my gastric sleeve operation in January 2026, and FlyPearl arranged the most amazing doctors and hospitals. They made me feel completely safe, supported, and well cared for at every stage. Even though I am Turkish myself, it was very reassuring to receive such strong professional support from a health travel agency.

Ms. Tugba was a wonderful host, warm, professional, and very attentive. After my surgery, Ms. Tugba and Ms. Lyly visited me with a lovely box of chocolates, which meant a lot to me.

Even after returning to the UK, FlyPearl continues to check on me, showing how much they truly care about aftercare. I highly recommend FlyPearl to anyone considering health tourism in Turkey. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding service.
