PLAY airlines 

I fly play quite often because I travel to Europe at least quarterly. I find the aircraft to be very nice. It’s new. I trust Airbus over Boeing so I’m very happy with that. The cabin crew is always very helpful very pleasant and I love their uniforms.

The staff were all amazing. The prices for snacks were certainly fair. My one complaint is, the flight was soooooo boring. No movies or tvs. They need to consider offering wifi, even if they charge for it.

The pilots are real professionals, I have flown with different airlines, but I have never seen such a marginal landing of an airplane, these are truly professional pilots.
boarding is very fast. flight attendants are very polite and beautiful.

You get what you pay for and it ir a low price company

Reliable airline with the cheapest tickets available from US to Europe. I've flown with PLAY several times from Washington DC to Iceland to France and it went smoothly every time. Great service, comfort and reliability for the price.

Staff onboard were as always fantastic. The seats are from an old 1980s bus. No screen for entertainment in this day and age. $3:50 for a small tea/coffee, no wonder you are pulling out of North America. Here's a hint of "free" advice look to Ryanair and learn. Sorry but I have got burned by play to often.

I like flying with this company. They are for most flights on time and have very good service both for boarding and on board. However, what irritates me are long ques to check-in and baggage drop in airports like Malaga and Barcelona. And too often just 2 of 4 desks manned. That said.... It is some time I have needed to fly this leg so it might be better now. If so I would give them 5 stars. Is the in flight service expensive? Sure, but so is the same service in any other air company I need to travel with. I recommend them if you need to fly to and from Iceland. I use them when ever I have the option.

I booked the extra luggage for the return instead of departure flight and the staff at the airport was unable to change it across to the departure leg and I was made pay double €110 to have it added for the departure.

Everything with Play was good or acceptable EXCEPT for the seats! The seats were extremely uncomfortable!! Granted, I was not expecting a fully cushioned massage chair, however, the seats were very still, tight, and the legroom was almost nonexistent!

They are good. I like the.. lowcost and reasonable, supringly good food. Iceland airport is very calm during the transfer. Please keep the bwi flights going please, I use them every 2 months.

I highly recommend the flight with this company, it was very pleasant.

I bought an extra lugagge 10 days before the trip. The website did not tell it covered just one way, but the price was the same as the one I had paid when booking the flight. I double-checked that at the desk, before departure. The assistant told me the bagagge was back and forth. At my return, they said just one way was bought and had to paid another lugagge, at a higher price. No one from the airline to talk to. In addition, on the aircraft, for a 4:30 hours flight, not even water is provided. Worst experience ever.

I had no problems with my flight. Professional staff and amazing flight crew. Aircraft was clean and more comfortable then I thought. I was so happy the seats reclined!!! I was able to take my carry on bag for a small fee and a personal backpack at no extra charge. Thank you Play Airline ❤️

The flight itself was fine. Timely and no travel related issues into and out of Boston.
However, you get what you pay for. Uncomfortable seats and the absolute rudest passengers ever! You pay low class, you get low class people. The children were running up and down the aisle the entire flight yelling like they were on a playground. The flight attendants did nothing to try to contain the unchecked daycare situation. One woman actually stood on the armrest of my daughter's seat to retrieve her bag in the overhead compartment while my daughter was in her seat! She literally stepped on my daughter to get her bag! When I confronted the woman, she got indignant with me. I should have had her arrested for assault when we landed, but I just wanted off of that plane so badly I didn't bother. I cannot over emphasize how rude and loud those children were (and there were lots of kids) and how awful that made the flight. The kids were running around with food, dropping it everywhere, so by the end of the 5 hour flight it looked like we had traveled in a dumpster. Again, the flight attendants did nothing. They stood in the back chatting with each other while the playground pandemonium took place. There is no first class option so you are literally stuck with the international trashy, rude, inconsiderate, entitled crap that can only afford bargain basement travel. I learned my lesson and will pay a few extra bucks on a different airline for a pleasant flight.
On another note, Iceland is amazing and I did not let my Play experience ruin the truly exceptional time we had in Iceland!

Had a great experience flying from Dublin to New York. Listen, you get what you pay for seat wise - not super comfortable but not the worst. The loveliness of every single staff member I encountered made up for less leg room and seat padding. Honestly, every single person we interacted with was lovely - which is more the. I can say for any other airline I’ve ever flew. Flights were all on time and all luggage made it through!

I had an excellent experience flying with PLAY! The crew was very friendly, the flight was on time and comfortable, and the whole process — from check-in to landing — was smooth and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. I will definitely fly with PLAY again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do NOT FLY with PLAY AIRLINES. Walk/paddle/drive ANTHING other than this airline. If you are going from the US to Iceland...that 6 hours is hellish...the 3 hours to and from Paris France is fine. I am not given to panic attacks but I had to talk myself down from 2 of them...In a plane full of okay seats...my daughter and I got stuck in the last 3 seats on the back of the plane which were smaller then the other seats...and then the third seat was occupied by someone whose bulk took up 1/3 of my tiny seat. SO FOR SIX HOURS I had 2/3 of the tiny seat to sit in...I could not even put down my tray table due to the person beside me. It was not his fault...he begged to be moved to a more appropriate seat. The stewardesses would not let him move. It was truly horrific...I was not claustrophobic before flying with Play airlines...but I have since developed an aversion to enclosed/closed off spaces. I am considering my options.
