ZERO STARS FOR THIS FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL COMPANY - BEWARE!!
They scoop up all numbers one digit removed from genuine airline phone numbers, misrepresent themselves as being airline representatives and charge ridiculous fees to people in stressed/vulnerable states.
All of the 5-star reviews here are fake - you only need to read the tone and language of these flowery reviews to realize that they are fabrications. Any company with only 1* and 5* reviews is highly suspect - that is simply not a realistic spread of ratings for any genuine company.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid these scammers like the plague!

Pays tons for SEO to get phone numbers listed on the search engines (which the real airlines so successfully hide), claims to be the airline youre calling in their automated bumper, then tries to charge you hundreds more than the airline would.

0 Stars would still be too generous, you're criminals hiding behind a thin contract and absolutely no morals. Quit and contribute something to society instead of scamming for a living, you utter slime.

Shea is very helpful and kind I booked a trip thru priceline and want to make a lastminute change but could'nt find my confirmation or any details with southwest she helped me to contact my travel agent but my bad luck No response from their end and i could not make the changes but I will surely recommend shea for your travel and she is my only person to plan any travel in future for sure.Thank you shea

With the prediction of snow on the morning of Feb 12 and our flight already being delayed we decided to rebook our flight. Instead of going tues to tues we wanted to change to Wed to Wed. Called Delta and here the process started. Addie Brown was very patient explaining to me the process and cost involved in changing my reservation. He even was able to change the couple we are going with reservation also. Not the best using the computer and when I asked him to repeat what I had to do he was very clear and patient.

Addie Brown was absolutely outstanding not only did he take time getting everything ready for us but even more he spent quality time and effectiveness to help us he was amazing

called jetblue, got flysky9. didnt ask for or want their assistance. they charged 197.76 for booking the flight that we thought jetblue was booking for us. im seeing this has happened with delta, and american too.

FlySky 9 is a total scam. They pay for a lot of money SEO for phone numbers that are similar to the major airlines but are not exactly the same. The representative that my mom spoke to NEVER mentioned that he was from a third party and lied about the flight that he was booking my mom on. When she called them they promised to refund the booking fee but did not. They claim to be travel agents, which they may also do, but mainly they are super shady. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My friend called Delta airlines and booked a ticket. Later she notices a charge from FLYSKY9 for service!!!
She had unknowing been switched to FLYSKY9!!!!
How is this possible? We reported the scam to the credit card. Watch out when calling an airline!
