Double thumbs up

I was very impressed with Jacob. He provided me with exceptional service, he was patient, methodical and incredibly resourceful. He was very patient and professional though the whole process. I will definitely recommend him to others and I have no doubt that I will engage his services and that of flysky9 again.

This was my first experience with Jacob…

This was my first experience with Jacob and it will not be my last. I very much enjoyed working with him and remain impressed at his ability to see around corners, ask the right questions and propose helpful answers to complicated travel questions/situations.
He is a genuine professional.

Patient & Kind!

Jacob was very patient and kind assisting me with my reservations. Being an unseasoned traveler it meant a lot to me that he didn't get annoyed by my repetitive questions. He exemplifies what excellent customer service is.

Feedback for Expedia support

Jacob has been amazing personality and has great patience solving pur problem. I have never seen a customer support who exhibited that level of calmness. He did come out with great options which worked pretty well for my vacation plans. Being a software professional, I see Jacob as a great asset for your company and would like to connect to him for future deals too.On the otherhand, I must say that the rest 3 reoresentatives were terrible in handling the stuff.
